Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale, accesso alle darsene, kayak e SUP a vostra disposizione. Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house has a bedroom (sleeps 4), attic (sleeps 2) and sofa in the living room. From the free parking, it can be reached in 100 meters on foot. Only 6 km to reach Verbania. Check-in via Roma 1 Miazzina 12:30/1:30 p.m. or after 7:00 p.m. Except July and August, 2.0 euros per cubic meter on gas consumption. Consult the House Manual. Only small pets 5 euros per night.

Baita del 1860, nel bosco in zona bellissima a 1000mt di quota, che guarda il meraviglioso Lago Maggiore, con le sue isole (bella, pescatori e madre). RAGGIUNGIBILE SOLO A PIEDI CON MEZZ'ORA DI CAMMINO. Vita semplice ed escursioni (siamo ai confini col Parco Valgrande). Pannello solare per la luce. Servizi vari da concordare. Importante arrivare prima che faccia buio. E' necessario avere o il sacco a pelo oppure portare le lenzuola. In baita ci sono 2 camere per un totale di sette posti.

Independent house on the ground floor living room with kitchenette with beautiful fireplace, the wooden staircase leads to the bathroom equipped with shower and anti-bathroom with sink. Three other steps lead to the attic with exposed beams and balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains of the Valgrande National Park. Cossogno is a Municipality located in the heart of the Valgrande National Park where you can reach all the itineraries of interest.

I'm Rolando, my family and I run the Corte Merina farmhouse, raise goats and produce cheeses. We are in the heart of the Valgrande National Park in the small village of Cicogna. 15 km from Lake Maggiore and the city of Verbania.
