Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cortez

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

The house was a good size for what we needed! The pool was perfect for the kids. Lots of amenities and space for the kids to play. The outdoor shower was perfect for beach days! The only issue noted was that the cleaning team was there until at 3p, but when she seen we had arrived, she promptly gathered her things and hurried off. We told her to take her time, but she insisted she was done. This is a great place for families and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of bean point, which I like!

My family absolutely loved staying here. Cecilia was so helpful and gave great recommendations for the surrounding beaches. The house had literally everything we needed for our stay, hanging out in the pool and our beach days. The location is perfect for getting to the beach. We are already hoping that the house will be available next year. Thanks for a great experience!

This is our second time staying at Between the Tides. Lea’s place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Anna Maria island. Our family loves the location and affordability of this cozy airbnb. It’s very quiet and we have all the amenities we needed for our Florida vacation. We appreciated the family games, the legos and my kids love the bunk beds. Thanks Lea! See you guys next year

This is our second year booking with Vanessa & Nicole. This has become mine and my family’s favorite spot now to stay when visiting Anna Marie and we always have such a hard time when it’s time to leave. This home has everything you need and then some! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking. Plenty of towels for the pool/beach, as well as lots of blankets and plenty of seating in the home. The beds and pillows are so comfy! We loved having dinner on the patio and my kids absolutely loved the pool! It was perfect to cool off in after a day on the boat! My big boys loved the bikes and even rode them to the 711 and comic book store and tried their hand in kayaking too with the kayaks also provider. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and we cannot wait to come back!

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had clearly been thought through. The neighborhood was charming and safe, we appreciated being on the canal and being able to bring our boat. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. John and Paulina were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly (without being intrusive at all). We're coming back for sure!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at IMG. This was the perfect location! 15 minutes from IMG and a few minutes to the beach and Historic Bridge Street. Not to mention the delicious coffee house literally right next door! Highly recommend this home and will definitely be staying again if we’re ever back in the area.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mike and Wendy’s! The location is amazing, the private dock is a nice perk that we utilized every day for fishing, and the unit itself is very clean, stylish, and well maintained. We would recommend to our family/friends and would definitely stay here again!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Dan & Crystal's place was exactly as described. Steps from the beach and very well kept. Had a chance to meet Dan and he was extremely pleasant and nice to speak with. The beach was never crowded and the condo is in a great location. We will be back for sure. Thank you both. - Wayne and Chris
