Highly highly highly recommend staying at Sofia's Airbnb! It's a beautiful former surf lodge that is a 5 min drive / 25 min walk to the beach, where her brother offers incredible discounted surf lessons. If you're in Lisbon for the beach, this stay is for you.

Amazing place with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. The check-in with Isabel was flexible, and she was very friendly when welcoming us to the property. We only stayed for 1-night, but could easily see ourselves stay for longer.

The villa provides a beautiful space for a large family or group with lots of outdoor entertainment for everyone. João was very helpful and always easy to communicate with. Great location, very easy and cheap to get Ubers anywhere - local beach, restaurants, into Lisbon. Villa itself could do with updating but otherwise had everything we needed. The only negative would be with the guest house - one bedroom is in the kitchen area and there wasn’t enough hot water for a shower.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at João's house! The communication was very pleasant from the beginning - João was always quickly available and helpful. The house was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described - but the view really surpassed everything. Especially the infinity pool with a view over the landscape was an absolute highlight and even more impressive than in the pictures! I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. The location of the apartment is great, the ferry to Lisbon is within walking distance, as well as restaurants and cafes in Seixal. There is also a bus station nearby. The apartment itself has everything you need and much more. The kitchen is super equipped, the bathrooms are beautiful, clean and modern. The bedrooms are also great, the mattresses are comfortable. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and look out over the water. We felt very comfortable in the apartment!

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon…the ferry is a 10 minute walk away with a nice small beach right next to it…the ferry drops you of where all busses ,tram and metro or train lines meet…the apartment is well stocked one of the best we have been in…it is on the third floor without elevator but does have nice wide staircase…the outside patio is real big and offers nice summer breeze …bed is super firm but was ok for us…parking is secure and a bonus…good for smaller cars as it is tight to get in the door…a grocery store five minute walk and a small store right across the street which was nice…it was good to have more than 4of each kitchen utensils and lots of plates and bowls so we could load up dishwasher if needed…there was AC but both units were noisy and could not use at night ….owner was notified and stated he was unaware and would fix…overall would recommend and use again….

We spent 4 great days at Samuel and Marisa's, we were greeted by Samuel who gave us useful tips and information to get to Lisbon for example, about walks around as well as restaurants. He was very responsive by message and we were even able to enter the accommodation earlier. It's really well located, the ferry being 15 minutes' drive to get to Lisbon, which is really convenient. The place itself is perfect for a couple.

An absolute gem! The view is breathtaking! Airbnb is equipped with everything you need! Petter is a friendly and overall great host! If you are traveling with young kids this is your go to spot! Not only kids can run around but pool is so great that there is a lot of shallow area for them to play in! We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back soon!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. You have a fantastic view of Lisbon and a beach right on your doorstep. The furnishings and furniture are kept simple, so no luxurious frills, which we don't like anyway. Joao is very nice and accommodating and also gives tips for activities around Lisbon. We would love to come back to the beautiful little Seixal

Very cozy apartment with two gardens on both sides. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking right in front. It is on the first floor so easy to access with luggage as other apartments in the block do not have the lift. An additional bonus - working fireplace!

A beautiful, modern apartment within walking distance to the sea and a great selection of restaurants along the beachfront. It’s also perfectly located for reaching the Cacilhas parking area by car, where you can easily take the ferry into the heart of Lisbon—completely stress-free and without worrying about city traffic or parking.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

We enjoyed our stay at Duques Villa. Completely renovated historic property with plenty of room for two and all the modern conveniences. Extremely clean and comfortable. Relaxing outdoor area shaded by fruit trees with view of the river. Our host Lucinda was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Short drive or invigorating walk to city center. Recommended!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lise's apartment. It was even more spacious than expected for a city apartment and was even better than described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big with high ceilings. The location was tremendous. Great restaurants and shops just minutes away. I would absolutely consider staying here again when I return to Lisbon.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

I am so happy I found this place. I had been traveling for over 24 hrs and Patricia went beyond being a terrific friendly hostess. Patricia even left a lavish picnic of delicious local food and wine so I could simply put my feet up, to recover from my jet lag. The neighborhood is filled with residents and I found them polite and helpful. I enjoyed walking and observing and popping into into small uncrowded shops. I highly recommend staying here. Lisbon is just a ferry ride away and after experiencing and enjoying the crowded city, a welcome quiet respite I was very happy to return to. Thank you so much Patricia!
