Master room with private bathroom and entrance.

We are a nice and quite place located in Eastvale LA. We are close by four shopping plazas (within a five-minute drive), FW 60 and FW15, which makes life and travel much more convenient. Our room is a private room with a private bathroom, as well as a private entrance. Individually controlled air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave and small refrigerator are provided within the unit. Laundry are available for customer with more than one week stay. Enjoy the stay and have a nice trip:)

I have stayed in countless Airbnb’s. Some good, some not so great… Josh’s place is beyond what I expected. The moment you walk through the door you feel the love and attention they put towards their home. You feel immediately welcomed and cared for. Incredible amenities, stylish comforts, and even a gym! The bed was comfy, the house guests were kind as well. Above and beyond that, they had amenities for my dog. They truly thought of everything. I highly recommend it! Looking forward to staying there once more.

I love the privacy and secure feeling in my room with the keypad lock. I’m a flight attendant so I’m used to a hotel room feel but in an intimate setting of just four rooms and sharing common space of a food prep area and a bathroom with male occupants as a female I felt more secure with the security of the keypad locked door. My host keeps a pristine property but my fellow Airbnbers were not always neat and clean in the bathroom and kitchenette areas and that was the only drawback. But this of course has nothing to do with my esteemed host.

Single family home. Xi speaks perfect English and was overwhelmingly kind, very responsive to any message I sent. Room was basic, but very clean, bright, and exactly what I needed: bed, desk, small coffee maker, closet with a few hangers. Ceiling fan was nice as it gets a little hot during the day. I didn’t use, nor ask to use the kitchen so no insight on that. I just needed a place to shower and sleep. Room is on the third floor, but I had NO problem coming and going as I pleased. Bonus: gated neighborhood AND you’re able to park your vehicle in the garage - I felt very safe. Extra bonus: pool is kitty-corner to the front door of the unit. I didn’t have time to use it, but hey - it’s there and that’s a pretty nice amenity!

I had another wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect for my situation. The room has plenty of room with a walk-in closet and a television. The bathroom and the entire house is always clean. I didn't have need for the kitchen, but it is open to guests with plate, coffee cup, and utensils available. I always enjoy my stay.
