A great accommodation in a quiet area near Scopello. Beautiful bays for snorkeling and swimming can be quickly reached by car. In addition, there are very good restaurants with authentic Sicilian cuisine within a few minutes. The accommodation is really good - everything there that is needed, it is clean and beautifully furnished. I liked the outdoor area the best. Outdoor shower with warm water, there are also many seating options around the house. The view is fantastic. Daniele is a wonderful host. We felt very comfortable.

Had a great week in Marina's house. Both the walk in Zingaro and the roundabout Monte Cofano were great. The trips to Palermo, Favignana, Erice, Selinunte and Segesta were also great. Also had a nice meal at a restaurant around the corner. From the house itself, we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen at the back. We highly recommend this location.

Our family of six adults had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The house is immaculate and perfectly located close to the beach. The stairs to the beach are easy and safe. The house is quite compact inside but has expansive outside options - this is where we spent our time. Everything you need is in the house and it is very clean and well organised. When we arrived we were greeted with a gift of amazing Sicilian cakes which made us feel welcome. Also there were drinks in the fridge (beer, wine aperol) fruit, plenty of water and all the cleaning stuff (dishwashing power, laundry liquid, soap, toilet paper, etc). I would call this exceptional Sicilian hospitality. In the area we visited Erice, the hot water springs, rented boat at Castelmare and went to san Vito (stopping at coves for a swim en route) beached at Castelmare & walked / swam Zingaro. We enjoyed scopello & Castelmare for eating out as well. In short both the house and the environment have much to offer.

Francesco was easy to communicate with. The house is as described, very clean, with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach. We thought it was a great location enjoying both the beach and the restaurant at the bottom of the garden. It was our favourite spot on the north west side of Sicily.

Very nice place to stay with great panoramic views and outdoor shower! We enjoyed the view. The location is great with many easily accessible sights. The furnishings are a little rustic and outdated. The doors jam, the toilet flush doesn't flush so well and we had visitors from a mouse and a few ants. However, since we are nature-loving people, this did not bother us much. The unique location and great views have balanced these small points. We would come back.

Clean, spacious home right on the beach. Host and his property manager are friendly and helpful. We visited in the first week of May 2025. Rear of the house is sandy beach and famous San vito lo capo beach and its clear waters. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Few restaurants are within walking distance and if you drive good supermarkets options with 5 min drive. Outdoor shower and tap works. All appliances in kitchen available.

We had a wonderful vacation in Luigi's great house. In no time, you will be by the sea, the Zingaro Park invites you to hike, and the village of Scopello is perfect for a drink or a gelato. The host was always available, very friendly and flexible. Thanks to the clear information, everything went well with the self-check-in. And the view from the terrace to the sea is unique! Glad to come back!

This place is something unique. located on a hilltop with great views over the surrounding landscape. Close to Trapani, Erice, San Vito etc. it is a great place to discount the island. The house itself is as shown on the pictures, with a great pool! Last but not least, the host is great and we felt home in the very first second. Thank you!

We had the most incredible stay in this lovely home. Could not have asked for more delightful and responsive hosts, they were the best! Great recommendations and even brought us delicious local treats. The house itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and amazing pool.

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

What a lovely home. Every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom and its own AC system. The villa was beautifully and meticulously landscaped, and the saltwater pool was sparkling clean. Every one enjoyed the local cats who loved to visit. We had many family dinners at the villa and will return home with wonderful memories. You will need a car. Although situated near grocery stores and a restaurant or two, it is on a steep hill (hence the great views!).

We visited for a family wedding and Villa Jacqueline was perfect for the family. It is well maintained and set in a lovely quiet location with hills either side. Nice spacious outdoor areas with BBQ and super swimming pool. It did not disappoint. A couple of problems we had were dealt with very efficiently. A beautiful villa set in a lovely, peaceful area very close to the beach. The outdoor area, pool and garden were perfect for relaxing after visiting other parts of Sicily during the day and the hilight of the villa for us. A good location for exploring the north western part of Sicily or relaxing at the beach and pool for the week. Rosanna and Fulvio were wonderful hosts, everything from arranging check in, welcoming us to the villa, showing how everything works and providing restaurant and places to visit recommendations was fantastic.

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

This is really a great place for some relaxing days. The house is very well equipped & the garden with all the different views of the bay is just amazing. Of course the pool is great as well! A car is necessary to get around but there are plenty of Restaurants & beaches reachable within a couple of minutes.

What a wonderful stay! Luisa - the person who welcomed us, opened the house, heard from us regularly and fixed small problems - is a pearl, charming and responsive. The house is as described, very pleasant to live in, perfect with a "parent" room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs for children (which allows parents to have their bubble). Stunning pool, large and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The shaded garden and full of little relaxation areas. Really great vacation.

If you’re looking for a place with some privacy, a great pool and a close drive to everything, then this is the place for you.

A pretty Sicilian house full of charm with a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the olive trees, the mountains and the sea. The house is close to the Zingaro and Segestra reserves. Lucietta was very available and flexible. We had a great time at this place that we would recommend.

We recommend this stop, close to Palermo, to the convenient and functional accommodation, for 2 couples and a 15-month-old baby, in an environment of a beautiful garden and a remarkable pool. the house in which we as a group of friends were allowed to stay for a week was more than worth it, full of comforts, super location, and a beautiful balcony. In short, had a great week!

Firstly this is a beautiful Villa and can sleep up to 7 comfortably. Everything you would need is here, the pool was incredible, BBQ area just perfect to eat outside, lots of shade when needed and we'll equipped. A car is essential, lovely remote location but only 10 mins drive into the local town and seafront. The flexible space, separate sleeping annex is perfect for large groups. Beautiful Villa, coukd not fault it

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
