A Cinque terre egy a rengeteg gyönyörű olasz vidékek közül, látogatásra abszolút érdemes. Kutyákkal egy kicsit nehézkes a közlekedés, minthogy az öt kis falu autóval nehezen közelíthető meg, de a vonat gyakran és pontosan közlekedik, és rendkívül tiszta kényelmes. Kutyák kis felárral és szájkosárral szállíthatók. Célszerű a kirándulásokat La Spezia helyett Levantóban kezdeni, ott könnyebb a parkolás, a távolság Riccardo házától nagyjából egyforma. A légkondicionálást bizonyára hamarosan megoldja a tulajdonos. Medence ugyan sajnos nincs, viszont azok a házak, ahol van, jóval drágábbak. Riccardo, a felesége, nővére és sógora egyaránt kedves, kellemes emberek, fontos nekik, hogy a vendég jól érezze magát. Gyönyörű, vadregényes kert, jól felszerelt ház.

Host disponibile e accogliente, pronto a risolvere ogni eventuale problematica. Appartamento ben fornito e con spazi ben organizzati. Adatto a gruppi numerosi. Zona tranquilla fuori dal centro di Lerici (necessaria automobile). Check-in flessibile e intuitivo.

We stayed at the house as a group of seven and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group. We really appreciated that we could bring our own pool, which made the experience even better. Do keep in mind, though, that you’ll need a car to get around. The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it so peaceful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleine Villa! Trotz des offentliches Parkplatzes hat man hier seine Privatsphäre und kann sich sehe gut ins Grüne zurück ziehen. Die beiden Terassen laden zu verweilen ein. Die Außendusche ist sehr praktisch (allerdings nur kalt). Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die kleine Badezimmer ist ein wenig unpraktisch, vor allem weil es einen Festen Rainshower hat und die Dusche sehr eng an der Toilette ist. Die Abwasserleitung hat oft etwas gemüffelt, es gibt einen integrieren Lüfter und Raumspray steht bereit. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein, Alles ist sehr sauber und die Matratze ist bequem, was in Italien nicht üblich ist. Man hat auch genügend zusätzliche Decken und Kissen. In der Nacht hört man Geräusche von der Hauskzentrale, bei einem leichten Schlaf kann das nervig sein. Im Ober- und Untergeschoss gibt es jeweils eine Klimaanlage die sehr gut funktionieren. Die Gastgeber sind seeehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

The house is incredibly well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The blend of old-world charm and thoughtful details made it a joy to spend time in, whether relaxing in the cozy interior or enjoying the peaceful garden. It’s the kind of place that feels both elegant and welcoming at the same time. Our host was wonderful—so kind, generous, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s clear that a lot of love has gone into this home, and we felt so lucky to experience it. If you’re looking for a truly special place in Tuscany, this is it. We loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison. La vue sur la mer et la baie de Levanto est incroyable. Tout ça, dans un endroit très calme. Bref, un endroit idéal pour profiter de la dolce vita.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Serene’s place is stunning. Our two families thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. Plenty of space for 8 of us in the main house and annex. We ate on the shaded terrace and at the big round garden table. A highlight was making our own pizza in the wood burning pizza oven, fun was also has playing table tennis and table football. We loved the pool with its magnificent views and were grateful for the shade and comfortable seating around the poolside. Loris took great care of us, gave recommendations and even made us a delicious tiramisu! Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Gianluca’s place. The host was always very responsive and proactive. The house is located at beautiful surroundings, the villa itself is super beautiful, well equipped, spacious and it was perfectly clean. Thanks a lot!

J’ai passé un INCROYABLE séjours dans la villa. Les photos sont à la hauteur de la réalité, voir bien mieux encore ! La villa est parfaitement équipée, elle est décorée avec énormément de goût. Parfait du début à la fin !! Nous étions si bien installés, que nous ne sommes à peine sorti pour visiter les alentours. J’espère pouvoir revenir l’été prochain. Fijne ontvangst door hosts Patrizia en Carlo. Erg nuttige tips over wat te doen en waar te eten in map in de woning. De vakantiewoning ligt op afgesloten eigen terrein (hek met eigen afstandsbediening), ruim plaats voor auto en zonnen op het gazon.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Beautiful villa that has been elegantly restored, set in a peaceful Tuscan village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful recommendations of things to do and see by Maart. Wir durften einen wundervollen Urlaub in Sabrinas Haus genießen - der perfekte Ort um richtig abzuschalten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben gegrillt, Pizza gebacken und viel gut gekocht - es war herrlich! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Haus war insgesamt sehr gepflegt - man spürt wie viel Liebe Sabrina hinrin steckt, das ist wirklich schön. Danke Sabrina für Deine Gastfreundschaft! Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit Sicherheit, das schönste, das wir je gemietet haben. Die Aussicht und der Garten sind wunderbar. Bei der Einrichtung wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet und nichts fehlt. Man kann eigentlich den ganzen Tag im Haus mit Schwimmen, Tennis und Tischtennis spielen verbringen. Darüber hinaus sind aber Strand und Dorf auch sehr hübsch und dank dem Tiefgaragenplatz im Dorf spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche. Gianmarco und Marta sind immer erreichbar und helfen sofort. Besser geht es nicht - wir kommen sicher wieder!
