Holiday rentals with a patio in Coreggia

Erg charmant appartement. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, werkende smart tv. In een prachtige omgeving met mooie stranden en oude binnenstad. Parkeren in buurt is wat lastiger, maar er is altijd, al is het wat verderop, wel een plekje te vinden. Gastheer is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber ist. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief einwandfrei, er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Es war auch kein Problem immer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Claudia was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. She welcomed us in the apartment and we felt right at home. The apartment is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the train station, and close to the main square and the old part of town. In addition to the very unique look and feel of the place, the private terrasse was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. Claudia’s food recommandations were also spot on, we enjoyed every single one that we tried.

Erasmina’s apartment is well appointed with everything you need have a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to unwind. Very relaxing. The host provides a great environment to take any stress out of this part of travelling. Great communication and you have the impression nothing would be too much trouble. We would re-book this apartment in a heart beat if we were to return to this part of Italy.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de villa Bianca di Luce. Een perfecte uitvalbasis naar prachtige bestemmingen zoals Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Ostuni en Polignano a Mare. De villa is rustig gelegen en heeft een heerlijke veranda, een grote tuin met olijf- en fruitbomen en een verfrissend zwembad. De communicatie met Elisabetta was heel fijn. Bjj vragen reageert zij snel en vriendelijk. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden om hier een weekje te vertoeven!

I truly believe Antonella’s place is the best location in Polignano! The patio has the most amazing view staring right into the Grotto. Sitting out on the patio swing watching the sunset was priceless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for such a remarkable vacation!

I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Carovigno and the surrounding area. Natasha and David's place is superb in many ways albeit with two elements that knock it down from perfection. Pros: - Gorgeous apartment with traditional construction but modernized. Comfortable furniture. - Huge rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea and castle. - Functional kitchen with the necessary pots and pans as well as a great coffee maker and provided pods. - Location in the heart of the old town of Carovigno, with its narrow streets/alleys, whitewashed buildings, and old world charm. - Walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. - Close to good not-too-hilly running routes on various contrada. Cons: - Immediately next to two bars/clubs with pounding music Fri, Sat, Sun nights until 2am. The new windows minimize the noise but it's still quite noticeable. - Humidity high in apartment, likely due to stone walls. Comfortable anyway but fabrics always felt damp.

Selten haben wir eine so toll ausgestattete und durchdachte airbnb Unterkunft vorgefunden. Küche, Betten, Badezimmer, alles war von guter Qualität und funktional und bequem. Die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und wohnt trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein schönes Viertel auch rundrum, man hat viele kleine Läden zur Verfügung - Bäcker, Supermarkt usw. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans ce logement. L’accueil du couple hôte a été très chaleureux. Le monsieur parlait français, ce qui a grandement facilité les échanges. Ils ont été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire dans la région et nous ont recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restaurants. À notre arrivée, de l’eau, du lait et de quoi grignoter pour le petit-déjeuner étaient à notre disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

De accommodatie van Mina is prachtig. Ruim, mooi afgewerkt. Zij heeft er echt aandacht aan besteedt. Prachtige badkamer. Vanaf de eerste stap heeft de accommodatie voor ons een WOW-factor. Alles mooier en beter dan de foto's aangeven. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Dan zit je heerlijk centraal ten opzichte van veel plaatsen zoals; Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, de kust. Verder is Mina vriendelijk gastvrij en reageert altijd en snel. 1 klein minpuntje; er zijn wel wat honden in de buurt. Die hebben ons wel 1 nacht wakker gemaakt/gehouden. Maar de overige 10 nachten hebben wij heerlijk geslapen Deze accommodatie kunnen wij zeker aanbevelen. Wij komen in ieder geval graag terug.

Luciana et Dodi sont des hôtes merveilleux, très disponibles et nous réservent un accueil très chaleureux. Des provisions telles que l'huile d'olive, produit de l'exploitation personnelle, amandes, café et autres intentions étaient à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Notre gite était une ancienne étable restaurée avec une grande authenticité dans lequel nous nous sentons bien dès notre entrée. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable et se situe au calme parmi les oliviers avec une vue sur la mer. C'est un gite que je recommanderai sans hésiter à des personnes qui choisiront cette destination. The apartment decor, location, parking availability and hosts were all excellent. The digital guide book that was provided was a great resource as we explored Puglia. Highly recommend.

Accueil très chaleureux, avec panier de cerises et tomates, abricots et oeufs. Tout est fourni pour le petit déjeuner. Dario et sa compagne sont très sympathiques et les échanges en français sont très appréciables.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. From the decor to the host’s communication, it was a really fantastic experience! We drove into Ostuni from the south and Gaetano helped advise us on the route to take into the city to avoid the narrow old town streets. He drew his own maps and replied immediately when we had questions. He helped find a parking space, which was extremely difficult so that’s something to consider when visiting Ostuni. There is a few minute walk from the on street parking to the property. The property itself is beautiful. Interior design is clearly something Gaetano cares a great deal about. Reclaimed vintage furniture mixed with modern appliances and finishings and local ceramics and Puglian style. The space is big enough for four for a short period but a couple could stay there long term. The kitchen is well equipped, great size bathroom and small ensuite upstairs. The roof terrace is great for chilling in the sun with a drink! We would 100% stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr ästhetisch & schön eingerichtet. Schöne Möbel - schöner Look. Die Unterkunft war sauber & das Bett ist wie - meine Vorgänger schon schrieben - wirklich sehr angenehm & bequem. Die Klimaanlage kühlt die Unterkunft schnell ab - allerdings nur so lange die Zimmerkarte eingesteckt ist. Wir haben an unserem Abend in der Unterkunft gekocht, kein großartiges Equipment vorhanden, aber völlig ausreichend für einen Abend. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Tolles Airbnb! & wunderbare Anweisungen für den Check-In. Dank der Bilder findet man es blitzschnell. & vielen Dank für die PDF-Empfehlungen in der Umgebung, die man on top noch zugeschickt bekommt. Kommunikation war wunderbar & sehr kompetent. Bis Bald!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Particolare. We verbleven 2 weken in de studio. Mooie schone ruimte en alles aanwezig! Mooie, rustige omgeving vlakbij Martina Franca. Peter en Anita zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. Ze gaven ons veel tips over de omgeving. We voelden ons helmaal thuis!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Piermario et Antonio sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec la présentation du logement qui est merveilleusement équipé , tout à été prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison. Des petites attentions culinaires nous attendaient , deux vélos que nous avons utilisé presque tous les jours pour aller au marché coperto ou bien jusqu à la gare pour prendre le train ,ou aller à la plage, sans oublier la petite cour interieure, un vrai petit bijou .Ils ont pensé à tout y compris au barbecue. On n'a plus envie de repartir quand on est là bas. La situation géographique est idéale avec les transports à proximité et les magasins,restaurants etc... Ils sont très réactifs des qu un petit souci se présente. On a qu'une seule envie c est d'y retourner. Merci de nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Brigitte et Victor

Le logement de Rosa est parfait. Avec un parking privé et fermé. Au calme et près d’un supermarché. À 45 mn à pied du centre historique. Rosa nous a parfaitement accueilli.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s apartment — it’s in the best part of the city, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed — nothing was lacking. Alex was fantastic: super communicative, full of great local recommendations, helped us find parking for our rental car, and even booked us a dinner reservation for our first night. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to stay here again!

Francesco est un hôte très accueillant et disponible si vous avez besoin. Les voisins sont très sympathiques. Si le logement est calme les fenêtres fermées, l'environnement est bruyant avec une route très passagère. Cet appartement dispose d'un parking, ce qui est très appréciable. A savoir l'équipement de la cuisine est tres minimaliste. Le centre historique est à 10mn à pied ce qui est super. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
