A nice place to stay for our visit to Esquimalt. Check in was easy, and the apartment was convenient and comfortable.

An absolute breathtaking place to stay! Although the description and photos are accurate - they do not do the place justice! The area has so much to offer for exploration and the property has its own botanical garden which felt on par with many public/curated gardens we visited in Victoria. Joanne has been an absolute sweetheart to communicate with. I hope we have another opportunity to return soon. Thank you, Joanne!

Eileen's apartment was fantastic! The apartment was well laid out, had everything one needed, bed was great and sofa was super comfy. I loved the fresh flowers in each room! The large south facing porch, overlooking her beautiful yard, lots of heather, with views of snow-clad mountains, seals and bald eagles was such a bonus! The area is quiet, great for walking, and yet close to grocery stores. Eileen was extremely responsive, very helpful, and a pleasure to meet. Most highly recommended!

This was probably the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! Janet is a great host and it is clear that she really cares about helping to create memorable experiences for guests. She has gone above and beyond to provide anything you might need for cooking and comfort. We wished we could have spent more time enjoying the house any yard, but relaxing with bbq and hot tub after our long days of site seeing with was the perfect end to our two evenings!

This place is right across the street from UVic, as my work trip required me to be at UVic everyday, this place is very convenient.

Before and during the trip, the host was very responsive, accommodated all of our requests and answered our questions. It was perfect for our trip to Victoria and would stay here again!

I stayed here before and decided to come again with other travelling companions. The location is beautiful. The home is a beautiful space with everything we needed, including a wonderful view. With the big windows, we could see robins building their nest under the home’s balcony while also being able to watch eagles flying by over the water. Sharon was responsive with texting even though she was away during our stay. There is a nearby small commercial space with two food trucks serving excellent food if you want a respite from cooking. We could either choose to eat there before driving out of the area for the day, or to stop off for dinner on our way back. I highly recommend Sharon’s place if you are looking for a rural oceanside getaway.

We have been very fortunate to have stayed in quite a few Airbnb places across Canada & this one is my favorite. The outstanding entry and gardens are just the beginning. Inside the accommodations are in an excellent layout and we felt very comfortable and pampered. Our hosts were so friendly and made sure we had the directions for whatever we wanted to do.

We can’t say enough good things about Susie & James place. The accommodations were very well described & the location, spectacular views, & scenery just added to it. My wife and I felt very safe there. The parking was right in their driveway, nothing was too much trouble & even after our two weeks stay we were very sad to leave. We would love to return in the future & would recommend “THE LOOKOUT” to anyone. Thanks again, regards T & T Burlington Ontario.

We had such an amazing time and can’t stop talking about how great the accommodations were. While the inside was beautiful and very comfortable we especially loved the outdoor space and spent as much time as possible taking in the stunning view! Every detail was well thought out and there wasn’t one thing missing that we needed. Tammy and Andy were so friendly and accommodating. We 100% recommend!

Madeleine and Ben really were super hosts, very friendly and welcoming to their home, the suite had everything you might need and was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend it.

The suite is beautiful and everything is clean and well decorated. It’s always breezy and the lake really makes the view breathtaking, it’s also very refreshing to swim in. Paul and Tammy were always available whenever we needed help or had questions. My only regret is not staying longer. I would definitely come back and stay here if I get the chance to visit again 🫶🏼

You will not regret staying here!! Beyond impressed with the thought and attention to detail that’s gone into this space to make it the perfect spa experience. I loved the self-led spa activities throughout the suite, and felt like a better human when I left this Airbnb. More than a place to stay, it’s a whole spa experience that feels like a true bed and breakfast experience. Very comfortable and soft bedding and blankets. Loved the bath, the hottub was so clean and the Hottub check was so fast! This was my 52nd airbnb experience, and easily within my top 5 favourites! :) Would LOVE to come back!!

In Victoria for my son to have surgery on his eyes, their place was clean and spacious, close to the hospital and everything else we needed. Beautiful yard and adorable hens that we all loved checking out, the hot tub was amazing! Kira and Chris were so kind and very responsive. staying at their air BNB made a stressful situation a little less stressful, we felt right at home. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfection. Traveling solo felt and felt right at home. Carla's place is immaculate. Dogwood was blooming and could picture how sweet this place would be in any season. Had all the amenities and extras like fire pit, easy to adjust temperature, electric water boiler, egg maker, milk, tea/coffee, slippers, robes, cookies and fresh cut flowers. Felt spacious. WALKABLE - to a great market, to beach, to trails, just delightful. Definitely would stay again.

We loved staying at Valerie & Stephan’s! They were very friendly and had lots of great recommendations for the area. Plus we really enjoyed using their bikes :)

The location is quiet and secluded. The view from the kitchen, living room and deck were unbeatable.

our stay at Colleen's place was wonderful! I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the island. During our stay we were able to visit the butterfly gardens, bug zoo, and Beacon Hill park. Colleen's place was roughly a 10-30 minute drive from each of these locations.

Barbara was fantastic throughout and very understanding my early check-in! she's very knowledgeable about the area and was always willing to help me out in any situation. Her place is beautiful and quiet and located in a good area where you can walk to some restaurants if you need to! I hope that next time I'm in Victoria I'll be able to stay here. again! thank you so much for having me

Stuart’s suite was really nice, with a comfortable and homey feel. Everything was clean and tidy. They also had a ‘menu’ with recommended places, restaurants, parks, and attractions. It was great!

We had a great stay at Marc & Kathy’s place. Marc was really friendly and always available with helpful local recommendations, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The apartment was incredibly well equipped — we’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this was by far the most thoughtfully stocked place we’ve been to. It really felt homely, with everything we needed and more. The welcome selection of food and drinks was a really nice touch and much appreciated after a day of travel. We also really enjoyed the 70s vinyl collection — a fun and unexpected bonus that made the space feel even more relaxed and personal. Would definitely stay again, and can’t see why this place would ever score anything less than 5 stars!
