Holiday rentals with a patio in Coral Terrace

Fue muy agradable! Nos gustó que encontramos aparcamiento justo al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy bien aprovechado. Decorado con mucho gusto. La cama es un poco pequeña, pero muy cómoda. Sin duda repetiríamos!!

Airbnb was neat & clean, everything was as described as on the listing. Instructions were simple & clear which was great.

Exceeded my expectations!!!! Will definitely be staying here again . It was clean , beautiful and I felt very safe !!!!

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

This stay was wonderful. I’m a Miami native who came back home before an international flight, and everything was perfect. Smack in the middle of Coconut Grove, very walkable to great bars, restaurants, parks, and the bay. Great amenities. Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spotlessly clean — we had one tiny issue and the hosts responded immediately and it was taken care of before we knew it. Check in and check out was seamless — having a free parking spot for our stay was amazing, if you’ve ever tried parking in the Grove before. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Sergio’s place was great! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and Sergio was a friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Yudith is a great host she has 3 beautiful Airbnb there all beautiful decorated very clean rooms peaceful, quiet and safe. I recomment this airbnb great place.

Omgggg I love this place!!! Check-in was seamless and host provided clear instructions. The property was well stocked with all the comforts of home….plus more!!! Midiala and Danilo went above and beyond!!! Ohhh and the outside garden….the lights, seating and ambience were definitely a vibe 🌴☀️❤️

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

The house is fantastic and precisely as described. It’s incredibly spacious for our group! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodated our early check-in request. They also gave us a welcome treat, which was a lovely gesture. There’s ample parking for a car. They provided a few beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which we were able to use. The house is a 12 minute drive from the airport and about 40 minutes from Miami Beach.

Great clean space and loved the amenities including the coffee supplies! Location was Close (15 minutes or less) to everything we needed to get to in Miami and host was very responsive!

I came here with my 6 friends for my bachelorette trip and the it was wonderful staying at this place. Alba was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the hammocks especially. The place was tidy and we loved having multiple bathrooms to get ready in. Overall a great experience!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

This is a very comfortable and clean space in an absolutely fabulous location. It’s right in the middle of Little Havana which is such an exciting, vibrant, fun neighborhood, but the house itself is on a very quiet street. Everything was great about this stay.

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
