Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

This was a beautiful place to visit and the host was very helpful during my entire stay. The only problem was it was hard getting up to the pent house without a key when first arriving. My stay over all was a 10/10. Will definitely rent again.

Our stay at Adam’s property in Miami was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was clean and exactly as described. We loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen and the peaceful outdoor area with Jacuzzi! Adam was incredibly responsive, kind, and generous with local tips and recommendations. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to relax and unwind after a day out in the city. We created so many beautiful memories during our time here, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and hospitality. If you’re visiting Miami, this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Property description as listed. Caring host who truly is interested in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

I came to Florida for my great niece’s high school graduation which by the way was very nice but too long. My family and I planned this trip 2 months ago. I have a large family so it was about 20 of us who came down for the graduation from a Pittsburgh an NC. We always travel with our parents of 63 yrs of Marriage unfortunately our father passed the week before we were to come there unexpectedly. He was supposed to come down with us. This trip was a bitter sweet trip but yet we were so proud of my niece who graduated with high honors!! To sum the house up I needed this time away and Nicolette made that happen it was a long day traveling for us and the house was available in enough time for us to come in and relax. The house looked just like the pictures very neat and clean . The beds were very comfortable and my husband and brother and my granddaughter went on the pier to fish . My granddaughter was the only one who caught a fish. I thought the pier was very nice.

Had a great time at Londons for a bachelorette party! London was so sons nice and the pictures did not do the house justice! Plenty of room for everyone and it’s so beautiful.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

The host was very caring and warm, friendly. We had full access to everything we needed in the house. It was very enjoyable for nature lovers to be with the animals by the river

Had a great stay in the house. Very comfortable for lounging on a slow afternoon. Only thing that kept us from spending more time at the house was all the great things to see and do right in the area. Would certainly stay here again.

WOW BEST host ever! 1000 Stars! Anna was super friendly and helpful to us even before booking. On short notice after we booked last minute due to unexpected circumstances, she drove all the way from her home to take care of us and ensure we had no issues during check in. She personally escorted my family member to the parking garage and all the way up to the room when my family member was scared to walk alone, even though Anna herself had an appointment she had to get to! Wow amazing & kind service! She checked in on us multiple during the stay and reassured us if we had any questions to reach out. She responded instantly to ALL our questions. She was also super nice and friendly and made us feel so welcome! The condo is absolutely stunning and pristine, we stayed in Miami for a weekend to choose my wedding dress and I would LOVE to stay again! We will be back! LOVED this fabulous host! She’s super amazing and so is the gorgeous condo!

I thoroughly appreciated my one-week stay at Tyler's Airbnb. From the outset, Tyler exhibited exceptional professionalism. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was seamless. The staff at the penthouse were professional and helpful, the penthouse itself boasts a stunning view from the 42nd floor, and the premises were immaculately cleaned with basic necessities stocked, in a safe location. With local restaurants and a CVS on the same block, Based on the outstanding service, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again or at any of Tyler's other Airbnb properties. You will not regret it.
