Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Coral Gables

Jonathan’s place was as described. He was very responsive with his communication and gave great recommendations on places to eat. His place was clean, the back yard cute. The location was great to get to everywhere we needed.

Here’s a few pros/cons of this Airbnb. Some pros: the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The outside sitting area was very nice to lounge. Some cons: The code did not work to get in the gate before getting in the house. We had to use the gate that’s supposed to open the car port which it did work. The rug in the master bedroom needs to be changed out it’s extremely dirty. Besides that the house was perfect! Would definitely recommend !

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: while the house itself is great, it took us about an hour to get to places like Downtown or South Beach because of traffic. Miami traffic has definitely gotten worse, so plan ahead if you have places to be. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Adam was a fantastic host; he is very professional and super accommodating. He provided us a complimentary early check in and late check out after our flights got changed due to airport construction which we were so appreciative of. He goes above and beyond for his guests. He was very responsive to anything we needed and brought us donuts on the morning of us check out which was such a nice surprise. The place was very clean and great for a girls bachelorette weekend. The decor matched the vibe of the weekend and Miami. The place was walkable to the downtown Design district. We also appreciated that there was clear information provided about the property and we did not have to clean the place on check out. We would highly recommend Adam as a host, this property, and we would stay here again.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Hosts were incredibly helpful with how to get in (so easy I could have done it in my sleep) & how to find laundry, where was best place to park, etc. When we arrived there were fresh beach towels, a great amount of blankets for all of my friends, all the necessary items we needed to be able to eat/drink from the kitchen. It was such a fun time & everyone thought it just a beautiful place! Private backyard is a plus & we were able to have fun back there with no disturbances. Pool was warm and clean/not super chlorine-y (lol), great amount of places for everyone and more to sit and relax. Everyone felt like they had a lot of privacy. Nice spacious showers and sinks + the pull out beds worked perfectly for extra guests. We had more room than needed. Would definitely recommend- we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere but the Airbnb but of course we enjoyed our adventures all over Miami. Thank you, Claudia!

Great place clean and close to everywhere! Lisa is always responsive and if something happen or you need something, she is is just a text away! They just need to renew patio part and furniture! But it is all okay and never down our mood during our vacation!

Amazing place. Very homey. Great location only 15 mins from Miami International Airport. Close to restaurants and malls. No crazy pre checkout instructions about cleaning and sheets which is amazing. Really enjoyed the place. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Loved it everything was clean , they let us check in earlier it was amazing experience. Very nice view , building amenities were 10/10, pool , gym , sauna , private office and meeting rooms , private parking, close to lots of good restaurants. 10/10 experience

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely clean and the interior was up to date and new. There was plenty of space and everything was beyond satisfactory. Thank you for the great stay!

Great host and hostess reached out immediately and ensured the stay went smooth. The place is brand new and is extremely clean. Only issue is I didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our time staying this place! It is located in the heart of the midtown of Miami and easy access to everywhere. Trade Joe and Target are nearby within minutes of walking. The apartment is very spacious with wall to wall windows in every room. Host Felipe is very friendly, and we had an amazing Italian dinner at Salumeria per his recommendation. We will come back again!

Sevda is a great person, she is trustworthy, she answered me every time I wrote, no matter what time it was, she was interested in me immediately. She and her husband are a family business, they gave me a discount from the workplace, everything was great, she gave me early check-in, late check-out, she helped me leave my luggage at the workplace for free after check-out, everything was great, the location, the house, everything was very good, see you again Sevda

We had a great stay at Yessika's place. If you have kids/ a family group this is the place for you! There is goats, chickens, peacocks, and all sorts of other animals right on the property. The place is magical. We had some kids in our group and they were in heaven.. such cool stuff all over the house and property as well. That all being said the chickens do start up early as to the peacocks, so be ready for that. Other than the early wake ups, the place is so so awesome.

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.

Great place close to mostly everything in Miami. 15 minutes walk to Miami Design District and 13 to 16 Dollars uber to mostly everything touristic in Miami like Wynwood, Little Havana, Brickell and Miami beach. Mary and Agustin are great and friendly
