Excellent stay with my family. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was like feeling at home, always comfortable and quiet. The excellent location next to many restaurants, next to the enjoy casino, a few meters from the town of Peñuelas, a place full of gastronomy and a bar to have a good time with the family. The amazing spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset. I would return to Serena-Coquimbo and I would return to this accommodation again, a 10/10. And the attention to all the doubts always, Mr. Cristian and Mrs. Dila answered our questions and was attentive to our stay.

Our trip to La Serena was a very good experience. Alvaro, our host, assisted us at all times when we contacted him. The apartment located on Avenida del Mar, is very nice, cozy, heated, equipped with everything you need and with a wonderful view of the sea. The nearest minimarket is 2 blocks away, there is a great offer to go out to eat in the surroundings and it is next to the Enjoy casino. Both check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We had a nice weekend. Fully recommended. Fully recommended

Everything is SUPER, place, proximity with challenges, the heater is a wonder, everything is very clean. Quick check-in out. The bad thing I saw: the tempered pool that was not answered during the inquiries and was finally closed for maintenance. The sauna is open very few hours in the day. Parking is uncovered. The TVs are not smart so you can't screen you a movie.

This is a wonderful place, actually much nicer in person than in the photos. You can hear the waves on the beach. This area has incredibly nice weather, pleasant during the day and cool at night. Great restaurants and activities right there. Fantastic churro kiosk across the street. Will stay there again

The house is very comfortable and very close to supermarket or to take locomoción. if you are traveling by car, it gives you the beach super close and from there you move wherever you want.

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our doubts, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 sausage pets, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierge. In short, I recommend 100% this place 👍

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

I rented this property for a worker and they took good care of him even though he wasn't the one who made the payment. I had to postpone the arrival by one day and add 2 more people at the last minute and they had no problem. I recommend it 100%

The house is larger than what is observed in the photos, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and completely closed for pets. Diana welcomed us in the morning and was attentive to any questions. A good place to rest, it is close to La Serena, but it has a Valley climate!
