Holiday rentals with a patio in Coos County

We cannot say enough good things about Zofia’s place! Very clean and organized. Instructions were broken down to the point where we had ZERO questions. This was my partner and I’s first getaway with our 2 1/2 year old. Very toddler friendly! We took lots of walks around the private community, played on the playground and even had a quick drink at the clubhouse. Our kiddo was fighting a fever during our stay so we didn’t get to make it to Storyland or the Aquarium. We were able to drive the Mount Washington Auto Road and that was great! We will be sure to be returning and rebooking AND making it to Storyland/Aquarium for the kiddo. I cannot recommend this location enough!!! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to return in the very near future

We had a great weekend here! The place is right across from Storyland which was the main purpose of our trip. The unit is just as the pictures depict. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We were traveling with 3 kids under 7 and really enjoyed Mae Kelly’s Cottage for dinner. Would definitely return!

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Celebrating our anniversary and traveling to see our grandson play in the state championship. This location was perfect and the area was accessible to all the things we wanted to do. There were local restaurants nearby. The place was very homey and comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming bottle with glasses. I could’ve asked for a better situation thanks Renee for making this a very memorable enjoyable weekend.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Cute and cozy space for my boyfriend and I to spend our time together while riding the trails in Pittsburg. We had a small issue with the wifi but communication was excellent and we were so appreciative. Super clean space and directions were very clear! Kelly gave great recommendations for trails near by and restaurants for dinner, as we had never been up this way. We will be back! Loved the little word magnets on the refrigerator. Thanks so much!!

Todd’s place was a hidden gem! I’m not usually picky, but this Airbnb truly exceeded my expectations. The space had everything we needed— a pool table, a smart TV loaded with all the streaming apps, stylish décor, and an amazing rainfall shower. It even cost less than some of the motels nearby! Everything in the area is within a short drive, and the home itself has a cozy, “feels like home” vibe that made it the perfect place to return to after a day out. Todd was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations and local tips. I’ll definitely be coming back to Gorham, and this will be the first place I check for availability. What a place! Well thought out. The house kept a family of six with two grandchildren very busy and happy. The house was bigger than the pictures portrayed. Extremely clean and well organized house. Everything you need is already thought through and explained with instructions. We love the place. Thank you Joe and Faye.

Can't say enough about the area: Skiing, Hiking etc and great homestyle restaurants. People were very friendly.

The place is beautiful, exactly as described, and the location is great. We were greated with a warm welcome package, stocked coffee/tea bar and some snacks. Linda and John are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Linda always responded to our questions within minutes, and was very flexible about the storm that was coming to Jackson on our last day staying there. We loved this place! It was big, clean, and a great overall AirBnB for the family to stay at. The pictures don’t even do it justice, just a great find! It was easy to get from here to Conway, Mt Washington, White Mountain National Forest, and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

Great condo with all the amenities you need. Beautiful location on the golf course, but private and quiet.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!
