Cabin in the wood - Fairy's place

JoseRating, 5 stars4 days ago
great cabin close to Kilkre. All as described, peaceful and cosy. There is no Internet o TV which is fine. The last night there it rained and we have our own connection and laptop to watch a movie although there are plenty of books and a couple of boardgames. The place is even bigger than it looks and very convenient It iIs nice to have the alpacas around too, very curious animals although they keep distance. The small blackl kitten is the opposite, so friendly, such a cutie she was with us for a good while. We really enjoyed and we hope to be able to be back at some stage. Thank you

We very much appreciated the calm and environment that allows with the car to discover much of the region. Maura is always good advice. Thank you so much.

Sea-Renity Cottage on The Cliff

Jean’s home was a bit of heaven. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was the perfect spot. So much to do an hour’s drive in each direction. Spectacularly beautiful views. After long summer days exploring the area we loved coming back to have a drink in the back overlooking the bay and watching the sunset. I can’t rave enough at how fabulous this place is!! Thank you Jean for a lovely stay.

High Meadows

Great, stay from start to finish! Hosts were very friendly & helpful with any questions I had. Very tidy & lots of towels etc. available without needing to request them. Images matched the location when in arrived & it was described well with all listed amenities being available. Great area, with lots of walking options but also very private. A short drive to local shops (& Tesco), restaurants & fuel stations.

Ocean Sound

Eva was very helpful. When we came back late, we couldn't find the front door keys...Eva's family was very friendly and helpful despite the late disturbance. Finally, we found the key outside next to the car, which had fallen out when we got out. The small breakfast with a short message from her was lovingly prepared and was completely sufficient. Thank you

The Merchant's House

KarenRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The Merchant’s House is full of character & beautiful Georgian features. It was really lovely to sit by the fire in the evening. There’s everything you need nearby too, including a great restaurant, Oileán, that we went back to a few times.

The views are stunning. The location is super convenient to the Cliffs of Moher. The hut is well arranged and spotless. Yvonne is lovely. A perfect play to crash for a solo traveler or a low-key couple. Would definitely re-book.

Hill view. 4 bedroom house in Cooraclare

TaraRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We stayed here as a family of 8 for Christmas, the house was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. There is loads of space, and it's lovely, cozy and very private. Well stocked and clean, with access to dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. It's quite central, even though it's rural, you will need a car, with easy access to a number of towns. 2 mins from Cooraclare. a lovely small village. Only 10 mins to Kilrush, a lovely small coastal town with local shops and supermarkets, 20 mins to Kilkee a beautiful beach for both swimming and walking the cliff walk, 15 mins to the nearest beach Whitestrand near Doonbeg, where you can swim and or surf, 25 mins to Lahinch for both surfing and walking. I'd highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be looking to rebook in the future.. Gearoid was a great host.
