Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

Everything was excellent, from the accommodation, the location and the attention of Moshe and Cheryl.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Luis’s Airbnb for a week and it was exactly what we wanted. The place was very clean and in a great location. We especially loved the putting green outside by the pool. It was close to many restaurants and only about a 10 minutes drive to the beach. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The perfect place midpoint to everything from Miami to Ft Lauderdale I would highly recommend and be would stay again.

Such a great place! Very affordable and such a cute spot to stay. The hosts are very kind and responsive as well! It was easy to check in/check out and the remote control gate made us feel safe. Easily drive to the beach/downtown area. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Miami!

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

We had a great stay! The place was spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location. Nicolette was a wonderful host. We had a minor issue with the entry door one evening, and she responded immediately and resolved it within minutes. Her quick and helpful communication really made a difference. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was close to everything. Easy to find, parking , pool, gym… All you needed.

Rick and his cohosts were very responsive. The property is gorgeous and definitely gives a beach house energy. The amenities were great! bathroom and shower were super comfortable and clean. Towels and linens are clean and comfortable bedding. We will definitely return!

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

Beautiful views! Comfy bed! Good size bathroom! The building always clean and smells so nice! Bar lounge and breakfast is excellent! Valet parking staff are always friendly! Dana has excellent communication with the her guest. Have stayed at her place several times.
