Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coon Rapids

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

Such a cute and cozy apartment in one of my favorite areas of Mpls. I booked this as a staycation for some much needed alone time. The bed and living space were super comfortable and inviting. Would stay here again!

Loved staying here with my family while dropping in for a quick visit in the twin cities. The lakes district is absolutely stunning, the architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods is hypnotizing. Staying here you’re located on a block away from Cedar lake and within striking distance of downtown MPLS. If you’re a runner/walker/biked the trail access is incredible. Access to the backyard area is quite nice in the summer as well! Thanks for hosting our lovely weekend! Cheers.

We loved this place - the parking was so convenient and the large windows over the street were the absolute best selling point. Bathroom was clean and we felt comfortable. Just FYI, the apartment is upstairs so just be aware if you have heavy luggage but it was all good! Would stay again

The apartment was super cute, comfy and quiet. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Road construction was very easy to navigate with host’s instructions

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

Place was cosy with a comfy bed. Good location and Chris gave us lots of good recommendations. Would recommend.

The stay was in a greation location -- city centers for both Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as Mall of America were all 15 minutes or less. Easy street parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check-in/out process was simple and very easy. Inside was decorated nicely, and amenities were as described. Eileen and Steve communicated very well with us and were quick to respond / resolve any issues or questions we encountered.

We had a great experience together as a family here and the best part was ease of booking and instructions Jonathan gave us. We were able to wash clothes sleep comfortably and finish our 7 day Minnesota/Wisconsin Dells trip in peace and comfort. The living room feels so homey and the weather made the experience 10x better. We definitely recommend spending time here, every bit of the stay was worth it! Thanks Jonathan!

We enjoyed our stay, it looked exactly like the photos. The house was fully stocked with just about anything you could ever need for a stay. We had a large a group and it could mostly accommodate anything. We had plenty of space for board games, conversation, cooking, and meal times. The only bummer was being with a large group and having a quiet time of 9pm because we would’ve loved to do a night bonfire by the river, but honestly it was still lovely during the day and a completely understandable rule. We would’ve absolutely love to return.

Great house that was perfect for our group. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has two nice open spaces to watch TV and hang with group along with five great bedrooms. Highly recommend.

This home in Andover met all our needs and more. I discovered more nooks and crannies the last night. Granted, those areas weren't for sleeping, I just love a home with lots of space. I tend to travel with most of my kitchen gadgets, including spices and cooking utensils. Can't carry those on flight, right? This home had everything that I would normally need. The home accommodated my large family group of 16. We had extra guests come over to visit, and even then, we weren't tripping over each other. Let me tell you about the host, Beccah. Didn't get a chance to meet her, but it felt like I did. She was beyond responsive and kind 😇. I could see the smile in her responses. It doesn't matter how nice a home is or not, the host's attitude can set the tone for the entire stay. I felt at ease knowing that I could depend on her responsiveness. I appreciated that very much. We didn't have any issues, but just having a responsive host made a difference. I would stay again. Thank you, Beccah♥️

Colleen was a wonderful host! Not only was this such a perfect distance to what we wanted to do, it was also such a nice place! We really enjoyed just hanging out here and relaxing. The view from the deck was beautiful, and Colleen was extremely accommodating. Also the perfect size for a group of 6! I would highly recommend this stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and great host. This is a nice cozy place with a convenient location and easy access to the lake. It had everything I needed plus extra little details like a fully stocked kitchen, first aid kit and scissors…things you never think about needing but made my stay easier and more comfortable. The photos and descriptions were accurate. The host is very responsive, clear communication and made everything easier. I even forgot a couple items and she was very responsive and flexible in arranging for me to pick them up. 5 stars all around, would be happy to stay here again.

David’s house was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for our week in Minneapolis. It was a great location for easily checking out many different areas of the twin cities, and very convenient to get to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again when we come back through Minnesota. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great space, loved the front porch and the back patio. The beds were comfortable and very accessible to most of Minneapolis has to offer! Check in was easy and checkout was simple. Definitely would stay here again!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

We had a great stay! A little bump getting in at first, but the hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure that we made it in successfully and that there were no further issues!!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Stay was great! Unit was beautiful and clean! Amar and Cassidy were also very responsive, responding to questions/messages within minutes.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.
