Really nice & clean duplex in a very convenient location that's a quick drive to everything. Easy check-in and great communication by hosts. Would definitely stay at again.

We stayed at Doris’s apartments for our doctor’s appointment at UAMS. She has done a great job renovating the apartment. She also included great instructions about the location ahead of time. We brought our ear plugs and used our background noise on our phone and although it is situated next to the freeway and busy road it didn’t bother us. We walked to our doctor’s appointment. Very well lit at night. Beds were comfortable and coffee was provided. Very convenient.

I LOVED MY STAY! Curtis did a great job communicating and being flexible to make my stay better. I had a great time with my GF and i’ll stay again soon. Short distance from everything and the room was quiet and EXTREMELY clean. We immediately noticed how tidy everything was. Thanks again Curtis until next time!

Austin’s place was lovely. The place had everything needed - comfy beds, gorgeous fireplace, great extras (snacks, water etc). The view was unbelievable. Best view I’ve had in Fairfield bay and I have stayed at Fairfield bay before. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Super responsive and was definitely very easy to find and clear instructions made it seamless to get in!

Unique and excellent place to stay in the heart of Conway, I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again in the future. Kyle was great at communicating and all the instructions were very simple and easy , no problems at all on check in. Plenty of restaurants and things to do right out side the front door! 5 ⭐️’s

This place was a great place to stay. Great location and view. The ducks were fun to watch on the deck! Great neighbors and quiet surroundings. House was clean and had everything we needed! Will stay here again if available! Thanks Will!

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

The condo was fabulous., very clean and open. My family of enjoyed relaxing while looking over the lake. we also were very surprised as the Memorial Day fireworks display was less that 200 yards away. I definitely will be staying here again soon and highly recommenend this condo.

We came into town due to a sudden death in our family. It had been over a decade since I last visited the area. The home was perfect for me and my three kiddos. Especially my middle child. She has disabilities, and needs certain safety features for peace of mind. The home offered all that and more. I spent every morning on the LARGE back patio, drinking my coffee and listening to the birds sing. One of the amenities is a gorgeous pool. My kiddos and I loved it, I got the burn to prove it. The area was very quiet and not far from so much fun. We hope to return next year.

We really loved this condo. The view was beautiful and had all we needed. The elevator made it so easy for my elderly mother and also for groceries etc. highly recommend this condo for a get away, you won’t regret it.

Linda was absolutely amazing and showed great hospitality. Everything was as listed and very very clean. It was definitely worth every penny spent and it was the most comfortable place outside of my home and a safe place to stay. Exquisite home 5 stars for sure ⭐️

Location was within walking distance to restaurants which was great! Zach quickly responded to my questions. I would stay at one of his properties again.

This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, there were a few snacks for us and a birthday balloon. Very quiet area and easy to get to anything you wanted to do. The only thing that we had a small issue was with the wifi upstairs. It wasn’t overly strong and the TV kept losing signal. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Mary was very responsive when I had a question about parking. She offered suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Would definitely come back!
