We had a great weekend in Mimizan. Jerome and Laetitia's house is very nice and well located, close to shops and with the bike path right next door to go to the beach by bike. We felt very welcome and would love to come back. Thank you again!

Very nice accommodation for a group of 8 people. The house is very well equipped inside and out and very clean. Lots of activities even in winter thanks to the games room. Thanks to the host for being responsive and making this stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!

Excellent week with family (3 generations) in Olivier's house! Perfect location for a cycling holiday, huge park that allows you to play boules, soccer... We even picked mushrooms! Perfect communication and support, provided by Olivier's father. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each room has its own bathroom and toilet which facilitate the autonomy of each during the stay. The equipment is of high quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay is in the best conditions. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

The villa was exactly as pictured and as described. The house was very clean, and the pool was a real delight. If we were to mention a small downside, although it did not spoil our excellent stay at all, it would be the size of the petanque court, a little too short. Andrea has always been very responsive and gave us many tips for sightseeing, restaurants, and must-see places. We spent a pleasant week with friends in this villa, with a big plus: each had their own bedroom and bathroom.

We had a great week at this beautiful home. The house is very pleasant to live in, the environment is extra. The bike path a few meters away, the beautiful Landes forest and the ocean after a short walk through the pine trees. Delphine welcomed us with great kindness and was always very responsive during the stay. The house is carefully decorated and fully equipped. We will probably come back to this beautiful place. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed and explained everything to us in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/requests. The surroundings are very beautiful and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donostia-San Sebastián are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great stay at Mathieu's house! The accommodation is very well equipped, everything is designed for comfort, whether it's the utensils, the furniture or the equipment available. Cleaning was spotless upon arrival. Mathieu was a very responsive and proactive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's a place I highly recommend, especially for family stays: it's the best!

We had a great stay! Lovely and very clean home filled with light. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable- two important points for us. We enjoyed the pool and deck as well as the peacefulness of the surroundings. I loved waking in the morning with the big bedroom window open and the sound of the waves coming across the trees. We also appreciated that it was only a short bike ride to either Contis Plage or the wild beach. Thanks to our host!
