We had a lovely stay at Celia’s place, it was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding nearby. The Airbnb is exactly like the pictures and was spotless - you couldn’t fault it! Good shower, comfy bed, great wee kitchen to work with. Celia herself is an excellent host who communicated promptly with us and kindly let us check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated - plus the generous eggs and brownies were a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt :)

Such a perfect location and lovely spot to enjoy Galway. On the quieter side of the river yet so close to a vibrant local neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants. You can walk anywhere, and also easy to park if you have a car. The kitchen is great and the entire place has an excellent layout with everything you’d need. Rory and Ursula are superb hosts! We loved our stay.

The location was in the heart of pubs and restaurants. Easy and convenient parking garage. The apartment was perfect and had everything I needed for a 3 day stay in Galway. The area is noisy due to all of the pubs and restaurants but ear plays were offered and I used them except for the night I was out making noise as well!

What can I say, it is a wonderful property, the views are spectacular. Very comfortable bed. Mary was so warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We enjoyed sitting looking out at the wonderful view, seeing the lights across Lough Corrib, I’m sure that image will stay with us for a very long time. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Yet again a wonderful 10 day holiday, so sorry to leave. I’ll miss the sound of the sea. B and G

great location, extremely warm and comfortable, Teresa was a very friendly, helpful and responsive, she thought of everything from toiletries to cereal, orange juice and coffee for the morning. couldn't recommend this listing/ host enough

We had such a great time staying at the Apothecary, the place was absolutely spot on. There are great places to explore that are essentially right on your doorstep, plenty of walking routes and nice scenery. Philip had some great recommendations for us and was very friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Apart from wonders of the cliffs and Gus O’Connors pub music just up the road, Ann’s apartment was outstanding. Everything reflects careful planning and quality. All wood-bedroom flooring, kitchen cupboards and doors (real wood) table legs and mirror frames- are all stained the same colour. Kitchen splash back, bench and shelving in the bathroom are all the same stone. Kitchen appliances all stainless steel. The numerous power points (2 each side of the bed) are waist height and thus accessible. The bed and linen rate in the luxurious category. Even the toilet flushing mechanism is superior to anything I’ve seen. A quality build and a quality AirBnB experience. Highly rated.

John’s sanctuary in Lisdoonvarna is 100%, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is very out of the way in the best way - it felt so peaceful and was the perfect way to take in the Irish countryside. We received great hospitality from John, from check-in, which he assisted with on site, to local recommendations and prompt responses via chat. We will definitely plan another stay at this place again when in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and our stay in his apartment. From the moment we booked our stay he was attentive , thoughtful and welcoming. The space was stylish, stocked and spotless. The location was perfect and close to everything. Jamie also went above and beyond with local recommendations (video walk throughs) We will absolutely be back to Galway and Jamie’s apartment. If you are ever in the Galway area this is the best apartment you could possibly book!

Kathy is a great host - very friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of provisions for us in the kitchen which were most welcome. The flat is much larger than I’d anticipated from the photos and was very clean and comfortable - I wish we’d have spent a few more nights there during our trip to the west coast of Ireland. Had an amazing 5 nights in the apartment! wished we'd had longer. Even before landing Breeda was in contact with us, to ensure everything went smoothly. She met us despite it being late evening when we arrived so that we were clear on instructions. The apartment was beyond what we expected. It is ideally located, closeto everything in the town and transport. The apartment is very spacious but equally very warm and cosy so you can enjoy your time there. Without hesitation we will be returning and already passed on our recommendation to a family member who lives out of Town.

Ita's place is in a perfect, quiet location, the place was spotless when we arrived, and she always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The pictures don't do it justice 100%, it's far more spacious than it looks. Easy to access with vehicle, road up to the house is properly taken care of. Many beautiful sunsets we're seen on our stay as well - great views from the living room. Internet is fast. Not much else to say, our stay was perfect. Thanks again Ita!

We had a really memorable stay. Tom and Christina were really helpful, friendly and very welcoming, every detail they gave was perfect. The studio was our perfect getaway, a very peaceful and quiet locality. We went by the recommendations given by Tom and Christina, they were all worth it. They also have two labs who were very loving and friendly. We can’t wait to come back here, the kind of place where you could have the most relaxed vacation :)

Amazing location and place to stay when you visit Galway. The tiny house had everything needed and just walking distance from major attractions ( grocery, restaurants, famous streets). Shauna is an amazing host and she was proactive in sharing all info needed and great suggestions. I would definitely rebook again when I am visiting Galway.

Had a fantastic stay. Claire messaged to inform us we could have early check in and late check out. Place was so clean, hot tub and sauna was amazing (especially after running ultra). Welcome pack was really appreciated by us all. Great host, location and facilities. Will definitely be back.

We had such a relaxing and peaceful time here — the perfect getaway! The place was spotless, beautifully cosy, and felt like a true home away from home. And the bed... wow. Genuinely one of the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had — it was like sleeping on a cloud! The complimentary kayaks were such a lovely surprise. I’d never tried kayaking before, and it was such a fun and memorable experience. We spent most of our day out on the water, then came back to unwind in the hot tub — absolute bliss. I was also really impressed by how well-stocked the apartment was. So many thoughtful touches and essentials provided, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back. Absolutely perfect finished to a very high standard.The bed was soo comfortable, linen gorgeous, private terrace. Attention to detail great with fluffy robes, snacks, lovely shower gels, and shampoo. Air con and electronic black out blinds made all the difference. Location is great you’re at the centre of the town close to great restaurants and bars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grattan Holiday Apartments, car parking out the back, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the beach, local pubs and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk into Galway city and taxi back is around €10. Highly recommend a stay here. Sean and Cathal are on hand if you need them and will recommend places to visit and eat

Great place to stop for a few days in Galway. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it had parking.
