Tracy's Country Living

Our home is located on an acre of land with a free dog pen and horse corral. There are 4 bedrooms with 11 beds, 3 triple Full size beds, 1 Queen size bed and 1 King size bed. We have a baby crib and high chair for the family travelers. Over 4 guests $10 per night per extra guest. We have an additional bedroom only, available with a queen size bed, for $30 per stay in a cozy, little cabin out back. This is the perfect home in a great location for a family reunion or gathering so come and enjoy.

(Bigger than most) to enjoy with four private bedrooms (one king master bed & bath, one additional king bed, two queen beds), and two additional full baths. Large kitchen with large dining table, two refrigerators, microwaves, & ovens. Relax in large sectional couch. Washer & dryer. Large patio with relaxing furniture to take in that sunset at the end of the day with gas fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining set.

Cozy family home.

This cute house was built in 1960 and updated in 2023. Centrally located with a very large kitchen and dining area with all new appliances. Front room and family rooms have televisions, recliners and queen sofa sleepers. Two bedrooms with two twin beds and one queen bed. Bathroom was also updated in 2023. Plenty of free parking in driveway and in front of the house. We are still remodeling the master bedroom and bath so it is currently unavailable.

This is a fantastic place to come and be a part of the Panaca community. Panaca is what small town USA is all about. This rental is walking distance to the grocery store, churches, the high school, and a great taco truck. It is only a short driving distance to 5 state parks, as well as the famous Panaca Spring. This would be the perfect home base for your hunting or fishing expeditions. Parking is free with room on the street for a vehicle with a trailer.
