Great apartment, very organized and clean, well equipped. The condominium is very nice, with good security and a very nice pool. There's a nice trail that goes down to the beach with a stream. The location is a little far from downtown Jacumã. It is better for those who go by car, but you can get by well with alternatives, motorcycle taxi and even Uber. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. It's worth it, my family felt very good there.

The apartment and the building itself are very good. I rented it to my niece and her family. Only one night, some strange people arrived making noise in the pool, but the hostess was not to blame for other tenants. The location was very conducive to the purpose. They would return to stay there.

Extraordinary house location!! We are used to always going to the Count, but Praia Bela is not left behind. Daiane's house is spacious, in a quiet condominium, easy access to the beach (to walk to beautiful beach). Adriana gave us a great recommendation for a nearby beach and is very friendly. Daiane is very kind and requests!! We will definitely return!!

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

An excellent view as it lies in front of the sea. The penthouse space is spectacular with a wonderful pool and tables to accommodate something you want to take. The pool can be used until 10 p.m. as long as there is no noise. The entrance is easy since it is via QRCODE and a magnetic teg left in the apartment. Grateful to Viviane. I will go back.
