Great space. Great stay, all the friends liked it a lot, we intend to come back more often.

Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Perfect house, better than expected, clean house, with all the necessary and very comfortable utensils, close to the beaches, markets and restaurants, we have no complaints to make was perfect our stay, the hosts super attentive and requested, we will surely come back more often!!!

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was quiet, some nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. Great apartment, very organized and clean, well equipped. The condominium is very nice, with good security and a very nice pool. There's a nice trail that goes down to the beach with a stream. The location is a little far from downtown Jacumã. It is better for those who go by car, but you can get by well with alternatives, motorcycle taxi and even Uber. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. It's worth it, my family felt very good there.

Apt great to spend days of rest next to nature. The apt has almost everything you need…if you are cooking, keep in mind to take everything, absolutely everything. Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

The stay met our expectations in terms of cleaning, utensils, comfort, pleasant region and with good activity options in the surroundings. We had a mishap in the stay that was the Internet not working while we were there, which ended up spending the internet plan of everyone who was in the apartment. I understand that these things happen, it is not the fault of the hostess, we were there on the May 1st holiday, soon glued to a weekend, and the companies ask for a deadline to send someone on site to perform service. But, unfortunately, we went through this situation and I needed to report it. Mrs. Evanice, the owner's sister, apologized for what happened and was always available, answering us quickly in our doubts and other demands.
