Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Condado Beach

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment also has reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable. Condado is bustling with life, and you’re surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, from local gems serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to upscale dining

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

This was a perfect spot for a quick 2 night getaway. Great location. Felt very safe and secure in the building. 10 min drive from SJU airport. 5 min walk to beach. Paul’s space had everything we needed. Coffee for the morning. Cozy balcony. Very comfortable bed. AC and fan were fantastic. Bathroom great with good water pressure. Bonus - beach chairs and beach mats/towel were awesome to have available in the apartment. We would stay here again.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!
