Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Erick’s Airbnb is a nice spot to stay at. The building has 24/7 security making you feel safe. The room has everything you’d need and the location is convenient enough where u can pretty much get to most places with uber. Would stay again!

Arlene’s Place Was Everything I Expected. Second Time Visiting PR I Will Definitely Recommend Staying Here Again. Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

I had an outstanding stay at this beautiful residence. Its local setting is perfect for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the community, and its location is convenient for those using ride-sharing or personal vehicles. The apartment was easy to find and very secure. The area of town it was located in was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch It had high-end finishes in the kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom And was still able to give the old world charm feel when you stayed there I would recommend 100%

Brenda’s place was a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. Brenda left very clear instructions to get to the building, it’s a little tricky to find at first, and she was always responsive to any and all questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan with walkable access to the T-Mobile Center and a quick 5 minute drive to Old San Juan, look no further.

A great, comfortable holiday escape. The highlight of the room is the view of the lagoon. Additionally having a in unit washer and dryer made for an amazing experience.

Miguel was very communicative and attentive during our stay. The place is well maintained, clean, and looks just like the photos. The view is stunning!! The building has direct access to the beach, and Miguel provides beach chairs and towels. There's also dedicated guest parking, which is a plus since you don't have to pay for private parking. The only thing we had a little difficulty with was adjusting the sink water temperature; it always came out hot. Miguel told me they were working on the situation. Everything else was spectacular. I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Miguel!!!

Firstly, didn't want to leave Annette's cozy place! The pics are accurate, clean apt, building is quiet, and the location is a perfect mid-way point bt OSJ & airport, plus other areas. Found plenty to do in the area, her restaurant recs were spot on. Wish we'd extended our vacation. I used the balcony everyday. Perfect home away from home. Can't wait to come back.

Pmi's rental is very beautiful, clean, and new. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking if you plan to cook. Pmi's communication was great and helpful. I couldn't book Pmi place for my entire trip so I had to book another unit in the same building, and was rather disappointed in every aspect. So grab this place while you can.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a nice get away. Very comfortable had everything we needed, very clean. The jacuzzi room was a nice added touch and decorated beautifully.

The view was amazing and Carmen was a great host, she made sure we had everything to have a great stay !!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.
