The local beach is a 25-30 min walk away as well as the center of Tavira with its many restaurants, bars/cafés and boutiques.

Neide’s place is absolutely beautiful! Like a boutique hotel with lovely linens and decorative touches. Wonderful beds and great shower. We loved the big lounge area with dining table - so spacious. Everything immaculate. We arrived late and Neide welcomed us with a lovely friendly smile, easy tour of property and an amazing array of food and snacks in case our kids were hungry and needed supper. Rarely do you find such sweet attention to detail but out of kindness of her heart. I really appreciated it! Area is super nice. Easy walk to coast with everything you need. Right next to train line to explore Algarve. Just beautiful! Great great spot.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the pictures do not do the place justice. I stayed with my friend and it worked perfectly we each had our own room, bathroom and outside space! There was a beautiful kitchen with big fridge so you can equally cook or go out for meals. The walk down to cabanas is only about 20 mins with lots of cats en route! The cabanas area is perfect for meals and exploring but there is equally a train station 5 mins from the apartment. It was amazing to have a rooftop sun terrace and private residents pool! we spent more time at the apartment and pool than we thought as it was perfect for relaxing. Ana gave us local recommendations when asked as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay and use as a base as well as relaxing 😎

We loved the stay with our toddler at this place. Carol & team are such great hosts. We were given a travel cot, high chair and even a spoon for Baby Formula (as we forgot ours - “saved by the bell”). The flat is very well equipped and loved the interior very much. We felt right away at home. The pool is very comfortable to reach and the neighborhood is very quiet. In case you see some locals they are all very lovely. The small town itself was also very calm at this time. No mass tourism, yet. The town has some nice restaurants to try. We went to an Italian one and it was good. Once again thank you to the team. Great job and continue like that. We will recommend this place for sure.

Beautiful small apartment in an oasis of colour and beauty. Lovely grounds and whitewashed cobbled street, flowers and greenery. Everything you need inside and great quality. We liked being the 35 min walk into town...you saw the neighbourhood, passed supermarkets and the more local side of the river with great local restaurants out of the main tourist drag. Perfectly safe. Highly recommend.
