You will enjoy a magnificent sea view. Ideally located to enjoy the beach, the Walled City, the port, restaurants and all the shops in the city center on foot. You will have the opportunity to park in the private parking lot of the residence (assigned space).

Completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, our south-facing apartment offers stunning views of Concarneau Bay and the Glénan Archipelago from the fifth floor of the Atlantide residence. Access to the residence is secure, the floors are served by an elevator and you will benefit from a private parking space in the basement (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m). The apartment is connected to the fiber optic network, you will have unlimited and free internet access.

The apartment is very bright and offers stunning 180° views of Concarneau Bay. We discover the Glénan Islands between the tip of Trévignon and the tip of Beg Meil. It is conveniently located 2 steps from all the shops, restaurants, beaches, without being disturbed by them. The atmosphere is cozy and charming with its beautiful workshop-style canopy. The plus that this accommodation brings you is the garage, in the summer the city center is not free.
