Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Comporta

Paulo was quick to respond to my communications. The villa was beautiful with lots of extras to enjoy a home from home. We loved the peacefulness of the garden & the birdsong . My iPhone would not direct me to the address & I discovered that if you use maps to direct you to Camping Fetais, you are very close to the road leading to the home.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

The location of the house is perfect. Just a few KMS to various beaches. The house itself is very well designed with excellent floor plan. Lovely terrace and garden.

Excelente estadia! A casa é muito agradável, ainda melhor do que as fotografias transmitem. O Pedro e o Pai, Sr Manuel, são anfitriões muito simpáticos e muito atenciosos. O Sr Manuel que nos recebeu e até nos deixou no dia seguinte de manhã um pão maravilhoso para o pequeno-almoço. A casa fica num sítio muito calmo e muito silencioso, completamente equipada com tudo o que precisamos. Camas confortáveis. Todas as janelas têm redes mosquiteiras e portadas. Num fim-de-semana de extremo calor esteve sempre fresca. Durante o dia o espaço exterior junto da piscina com espreguiçadeiras, chapéu e uma zona de pérgula para refeições é perfeito. Pela manhã e à noite (com uma vela de citronela e algum repelente) a zona da pérgula floral na frente da casa foi tudo o que precisámos para aproveitar o fim-de-semana. Está a 40 minutos das praias de Melides, Aberta Nova, Pego e Carvalhal, e a 10 minutos de Alcácer do Sal onde existe tudo o que podemos precisar, restaurantes e supermercados.

This location was a hidden gem. The view is unmatched and the infinity pool was a bonus. It felt like a dream. Annemie was very welcoming and we loved the friendly cat! It definitely felt like our second home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their perfect getaway under the sun.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

Het huis is fantastisch! Heerlijke buitenruimte met bbq, fijn zwembad en prima slaapkamers/badkamers. Ana Paula is de beste host die je kan wensen. Omdat we op Paaszondag aankwamen en de winkels dicht waren had ze boodschappen voor ons in huis gehaald. Fantastisch!! Ook stond er bv een prachtig opgemaakte fruitschaal voor ons klaar en een fles Port. Wij zaten in het huis toen Portugal getroffen werd door een stroomstoring. Wat Ana Paula toen voor ons deed is geweldig. Ze kwam langs met flessen water en waxinelichtjes. Ze hield ons op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen en had ook al onderdak geregeld als de storing lang zou duren. Gelukkig was om 02.00 uur ‘s nachts de storing voorbij, zodat we die ochtend toch het vliegtuig naar huis konden nemen. Ana Paula, super bedankt!!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! A casa é extremamente acolhedora, confortável e decorada com muito bom gosto, com todos os itens que precisávamos para nos sentirmos em casa. A zona exterior e a piscina são fantásticas e ainda fomos surpreendidos com um miminho de boas-vindas, que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo vivamente e espero voltar em breve!

Tutto molto bene! appartamento ben attrezzato, molto tranquillo e con una vista talmente bella che puoi fare a meno della TV. Devi fare 60 scalini per arrivarci ma ne vale la pena, dopo stai molto bene.

Meeting to get the keys was easy and they worked with our changing plans. The place was great for our purposes and think if we come back we would stay again. We were visiting with family near by so we didn’t cook but we saw the kitchen was well equipped. The place was relaxing. Beds very comfortable. The only negative was when you walk in the building it smelled mildewy but the apartment was fine and no traces of a smell! Great decks too!

Lage: Hervorragend gelegen für wunderschöne Spaziergänge entlang der Küste. Ansonsten gelangt man auch mit dem Auto recht schnell nach Ericeira im Norden und Cascais im Süden. Der Sintra-Nationalpark lädt ebenfalls zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Wohnung: Top Wohnung, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist, allerdings etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern (für 4 Erwachsene wahrscheinlich zu klein, fur eine Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern top). Sara: Einfach top!!! Super einfache Kommunikation und stets hilfsbereit. Remote Work: Wir haben von dort remote gearbeitet. Sara hat uns auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir in separaten Zimmern arbeiten und Meetings halten konnten. Gute und stabile Internetverbindung. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die von dort remote arbeiten möchten. Fazit: Top, aber zugegebenermaßen nicht die günstigste Unterkunft in der Region.

We were a group of four friends staying over a long weekend in this apartment and I have to say just wow! The apartment is very clean and has lots of space for a group of four. AC in every room, two balconys, full equiped kitchen and a short walk from lots of happenings in the city. Artur was an amazing host with good local recommendations, friendly messages and guidance. We loved our stay here and would love to come back!

It’s really a great apartment and location (train station and restaurants just down the street). I was traveling with a friend and so it was great to each have nice rooms and also have a communal space to hang out. We enjoyed the terrace quite a lot as well. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. It was one of the nicest @irBnB’s I have stayed at. Cipriana also was super, because she let us know the apartment was ready before the scheduled check in so we got a few extra hours on the terrace!

A estadia foi excelente! O local é tranquilo, agradável, limpo e muito bonito, ideal para descansar. A hóspede foi extremamente educada e solícita durante toda a experiência. Recomendo com certeza e voltaria outras vezes!

My partner and I started at Ricky and Diana’s for four nights and we had a lovely stay. They were very responsive and always available to answer any questions and queries. Check in was smooth and well described. The area itself of the place was well located and in close proximity to a number of restaurants and bars, as well as popular attractions such as the National Pantheon and Feira de Ladra. Our hosts did let us know beforehand of the festivities that took place each night so of course whilst it was noisy, we appreciated the heads up. We also really appreciated the port left to us and a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch. Thank you Ricky & Diana!

Excellent stay. The location was great - and the home was clean and spacious for all 5 of us (family, including 19mo old). The child-friendly toys and crib/high-chair were huge helps. The location was just around the corner from great shops and restaurants. And we hiked from the Airbnb to the top of the Pena Palace. We stayed for 2 nights, and I wish we had time to stay longer. Would highly recommend for groups that need 3 bedrooms in Sintra!

Gorgeous villa with stunning views! We had a multigenerational family vacation here and everyone loved the place. All the rooms are larger that they look in photos. If you go in the spring, expect a mix of mostly stormy and some sunny days. In rainy days we focused on museums in Lisbon. Sunny days were stunning in the villa. So glad this beautiful home is preserved and enjoyed by many people!

Super séjour pour un anniversaire en groupe !! Nous étions 23, la villa est très adapté, et magnifique. Star était très attentive à ce que tout se passe parfaitement, c’est très appréciable. On a déjà envie de revenir pour un nouvel événement !!

We just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is multi-level with several dining areas both inside and out. Well stocked kitchen and modern appliances. Beds are comfy, hot water is plentiful with great pressure. Forest views to the ocean. My husband spent hours walking through the cork forest. Complete tranquility and peace. Incredibly beautiful sand beaches 30 minutes away. The host is very responsive and helpful with many suggestions for activities in the area, complete with Google map links. Although it was just the two of us, the house is perfect for families. We dream of returning for a longer stay.

An idyllic place to spend a week with close friends. The house was made for both relaxing in gorgeous spaces and easy exploration of the area. Meal prep for a large crowd was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great market close by and there are several restaurants within a short distance from the house. João was an incredible host, checking in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and well supplied. We felt fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful place. Thank you João!

We had a wonderful time in Comporta! Marjolaine’s house was the perfect spot for our group: two families of four plus a set of grandparents. The property is beautifully set up and was a fun place for the kids' Easter egg hunt. We really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, plenty of glassware, plates, and everything we needed to enjoy multiple meals at home each day. Comporta itself is a charming little village, and the 3-mile walks through the rice fields to the beach were a highlight. And of course, a trip/mulriple to Gulato for ice cream were a hit with everyone. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist superschön, groß und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist super. Der Blick aufs Meer ebenso super. Die Lage Praia das Macas ist ebenso top, von hier kann man viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen und hat einen top Strand direkt in 10 Minuten fußläufig. 5/5 würde ich wieder buchen

Wir waren insgesamt einen Monat in der Villa und hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Grandola! Das Haus ist sehr neu, die Natur umwerfend schön und Maria ist eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin. Einmal die Woche kam außerdem jemand, um den Pool zu reinigen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind ebenfalls wunderschön und wenn man etwas Ruhe in der Natur sucht ist man hier genau richtig. eine kleine Anmerkung ist, dass das WLAN und der Empfang dort nicht sehr gut funktioniert hat, dieses Problem konnten wir allerdings mit einem zusätzlichen Router, den wir selber mitgebracht haben größtenteils gut umgehen. Alles in einem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in Grandola und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
