Holiday rentals with lake access in Como

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Laura and Luciano were very attentive, upon arrival we were given lots of useful information on local activities and places to visit within the time we had. Went above and beyond to provide us with timings for certain buses and trains. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described if not better! Can’t think of anything negative, if I return to Bellagio I would definitely stay again. Thank you !

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Great location, very spacious for two. Three flights of stairs to get up to top floor of apartment - be aware if you rely on elevators with heavy suitcases

Wow! What a great find 🤩 so close to everything! Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes to the Lake 🚤 the place itself is great, very spacious it has everything! Patricia is a great host, very nice and informative and also helped me and my husband after we locked ourselves out 😅 would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Como! Small apartment in the historic center of Como , close to everything: restaurants, excellent bakery, supermarket, and especially all public transport for sightseeing! Right in the center but still quiet! Elbe is a warm and available host who explains you when you arrive, if you wish, the places to visit and the organization to pay attention to. We had a wonderful stay!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) The accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Sara was a great host. she took the time to meet us at checkin to welcome us and walk us through the property and give us local recommendations. the property has breathtaking views and great location for a peaceful vacation. Bellagio was our favorite town around Como lake.

We were here for the second time. Beautiful quiet apartment a little away from the mainstream tourism of Lake Maggiore but still everything very quickly accessible
