Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to have a chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved to see the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and there are certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a bed, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

A truly appreciated wellness break! The night with spa was a beautiful experience: quiet, clean and very well furnished. The spa was ready when we arrived, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Everything was designed for comfort, and the welcome was very pleasant. We leave rested and delighted!

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was neatly clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The surroundings are really beautiful: plenty of nature, tranquility and beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Nice villages and sights can also be reached easily. In short, a perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We booked the accommodation in function of our wedding and we have often booked through airbnb, but the hospitality we experienced here we have never experienced before. Fantastic! Carine & Ignace suggested taking photos in their beautiful garden, a bottle on arrival, Carine came by with transparent umbrellas for rainy weather, they were ready for the babysitters who slept with our children in the cottage. The house is exactly as in the brochures, and yet you immediately feel welcome with kids. Toys, plastic plates and cups, bibs. Everything is provided. Thank you for everything! Love, Coopman family

Highly recommended! Super nice house with fantastic facilities. Spacious kitchen with everything you need, large and clean bathroom, nice extras such as pool table and jacuzzi. And on top of that, a beautiful domain. Xavier responded quickly and kindly to all questions and requests, and always helped where necessary! Great!

Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

We enjoyed Morgan's lovely house as a family for a few days. The photos are completely faithful to reality. Beautiful decor and impeccable cleanliness. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed the proximity to the metro. The communication with Morgan was great and we appreciated all the little touches left at our disposal in the house. The small downsides if you are traveling with a child: - The stairs are not secure - No shutter/blackout curtain in the baby room quite inconvenient especially as the street lamps stay on all night. Apart from these details, everything was perfect.

Excellent experience that we would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend

We stayed at the Manor for 4 days: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone found their place very quickly because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners or activity: jacuzzi, pétanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, fire pit and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! Bedding and sheets smell good , we sleep very, very well! The different lounges are super beautiful, the billiards and darts occupy the larger ones pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: optically, a return in time but technically: impeccable. Dishes in abundance, all the equipment is present and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François... a host cream, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space, quietly located and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were with 3 couples and 2 children. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!
