We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Aimi's flat is beautiful, bright spacious and modern. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The fact it is a basement offered a good amount of privacy. It was lovely to be directly on the seafront. walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Finding a space to park near the flat was easy and relatively inexpensive. Aimi herself was friendly and prompt at answering any questions I had. I visit Bexhill and Hastings quite frequently and this is the best air bnb I have stayed in.

Peters 1 bedroom place is wonderful! It is right on West Parade in Bexhill, and directly across the street from the beach and English Channel. The apartment has a wonderful seafront view from both the front living room and the lovely outdoor covered balcony. The furnishings and artwork is very nice. The bed was comfortable. The light hard wood floors with tall windows really enhance the feeling of the house. The bathroom is remodeled and the shower is large, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen and breakfast bar are fully stocked with dishes and plenty of cooking pots and pans. It has Full size refrigerator and dishwasher. We love this place and will stay here often in the future. It is a real gem.

A fab little place to stay. Linda is a great host and super friendly…and you’ll get checked out by her lovely cat coco. The room is spotless and well equipped. A silent ceiling fan was a god send as it was a hot night and could leave it on all night and stay cool. The shower room is amazing… and don’t worry if you’ve forgotten anything… Linda has it there… even slippers and dressing gown. A parking space outside is yours and a lovely peaceful area. Would def recommend and go back. Thank you Linda. X

What a beautiful space! Felt instantly at home and relaxed. Everything you could want and very peaceful. Nice touches of welcoming nibbles, milk and butter were very much appreciated. Excellent spot for exploring the area. Flat even better than the photos, really thoughtfully designed keeping the historic details but with a contemporary feel. Lovely little outside garden too. Wonderful!

Alison was a fantastic host. Everything was explained and well communicated, any questions I had were answered at lightning speed. Our dog loved sitting and watching the ducks while we sat in the garden eating local farm products. - I 100% recommend! I didn’t know Airbnb disallow messages after checkout - I wish I could properly thank her again for a fantastic time.

We had a most wonderful stay at Cottage in the Sky as a base for exploring the Seven Sisters and the surrounding areas. The space is so inviting and thoughtfully decorated, it was tempting to just stay in all the time. It had everything we needed (and more), and was definitely worth climbing four flights of stairs. Laura was very prompt and friendly in responding to our questions and she also provided wonderful recommendations for dining and activities in the welcome pack. Parking wise, we got lucky most evenings and found a place to park for free along the street (sometimes all the way in front of the Royal Victoria Hotel). It was comforting to know there was a paid option nearby, if really needed.
