The place is a real luxury! Both the state of the house, location and views are a real spectacle. Victor was very kind and attentive, at all times attentive to what we could need. Everything was super clean and I am very picky with smells I can say that I smelled like it. It has been a pleasure to stay here and I will definitely repeat!

Very cozy apartment under cover and in the center of Ribadeo, comfortable and clean. We felt right at home. I highlight Isabel's attention and kindness. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

An idyllic rural hideaway. Gambino was proactive in his communication and gave us a warm welcome (when we eventually got there…check which route your GPS is taking you)! They even gave us a cake hot out of the oven as a welcome gift which was very much appreciated.

The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and was very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make better use of the surf sessions. It has been a very good experience with my friends, if I come back in the area I will repeat.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We have to go back. We really liked the area and the views, in addition to how well communicated the house is. It is located a few minutes from Avilés, Salinas, Piedras Blancas, the airport, beaches and other points of interest. It has parking right there. Finally, we loved the attention received and the kindness of the hosts.

It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

A very functional and comfortable apartment. Very well located, on a quiet street and a few steps from the 5 best restaurants in Rinlo. Parking is very close, about 100 meters in any direction. I wouldn't say anything for fear that there won't be availability to book when we return in September... Olivia is always attentive to any of our needs!

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! A quiet and beautiful place, ideal to go with your pets with good escape-proof fencing and a terrace that for me is the best part of the house.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. We were very comfortable in this house. The apartment is very nice, bright, cozy and fully equipped. It is close to several villages with the necessary services and plenty of beaches, including that of the Cathedrals. In addition, Rocío was very attentive to us, she gave us precise instructions to find the apartment and continued to look out for us during the stay. We hope to repeat next year.

It has been a great stay, the apartment is just as shown in the photos, clean and with all the facilities. Quiet and nice little village, very rich restaurants in the same village and close to beaches and tourist towns to see. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

Magnificent apartment, just like the photos and description. Very clean and with all the necessary kitchenware and bedding, nothing was missing, as if we were at home. Very good spa, swimming pools and recreation area, with few people in mid-June. Covered parking garage.
