Holiday rentals with a patio in Comarca de Baza

Great location on the edge of the Albaicín/next to city centre and short walk to the Alhambra. Place was very cute and well equipped with an amazing balcony.

Beautiful accommodation, very well renovated but keeping touches of authenticity (apartment in a building in the historic center of Guadix). Everything is new and tasteful, the accommodation was perfectly clean and the bedding was impeccable! We wish all Airbnbs looked like this. We highly recommend it!

Great apartment! The location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Our host was very proactive and helpful. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions and parking. We recommend it highly and will stay again next year.

Alfonso's apartment is wonderful and even nicer than the pictures. In addition to the tasteful decoration, it stands out for the cleanliness and good equipment. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is phenomenal and was perfect after a tiring work day! Communication with Alfonso was super professional and very friendly.

Beautiful apartment in the magical Albaicin area of Granada. Easily walkable from the centre of town but make sure you have comfortable shoes as the cobblestones can be tough on your feet and it is one big hill. Would stay here again. It was so quiet and peaceful.

It has the exact same interior as the photos and is very spacious. The table setting was beautiful, and the bed and bathroom were clean. The bathroom smelled good, as if there was a diffuser. If you don't have a car, you have to walk a lot of hills, so I recommend going by car. The exact location and online check-in link were provided in the morning of the day, and Raul responded quickly to inquiries. It was a satisfying day.

I enjoyed staying at Jaoaquins quaint place in Granada. The apartment was kept so magical , clean with an old world charm. It overlooked the stream near the Alhambra. fantastic location and access thanks for all the support and being accessible at all times regards Raji

Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Antonio's cortijo is just perfect! Very large, quiet and with a great view. Well located close to the highway and 15 minutes from a small town with all services. The accommodation offers much more than what is explained in the description: indoor bbq, amenities for paella, plancha, ... basically, it's perfect for cooking for groups of friends/family. There are also board games, a bluetooth speaker, ... The rooms are very well insulated from noise. It was such a pleasure to come and celebrate the new year at this old farmhouse.

A lovely house in a small village, in a very beautiful natural setting. The house in perfect condition, the good taste of the decor, the quality of the facilities and the comfort and functionality of everything draws attention. All very well cared for, very comfortable bed, very nice little living room, beautiful kitchen, full bathroom and wonderful shower, a patio with a small pool completely isolated from the outside, and a roof terrace highly recommended for dinner or sunbathing. One of the best apartments I've never been to. Perfect communication with Federico, helpful, friendly and precise. Located in a super quiet village, just minutes away from larger towns and beaches. Perfect for exploring the natural park of Cabo de Gata for a few days, enjoying nature and beaches. We will be back

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

Marta’s house is tranquil and beautiful. It has a very comfortable feel, with a beautiful collection of paintings and objects. And, of course, the views are spectacular. We had a lovely time there, and we’d be happy to return.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place. The building is beautiful and the rooms had lots of small and interesting Arabic and traditional elements. Also the bed was very comfy and his cats were a plus ;) All amenities were provided that were required for a 3-day stay. Although there were some stairs to climb, the apartment was easy to reach for us and within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the city center. Ivan was very nice and we managed to communicate with basic English and Spanish. Would very much recommend!

Pros: Excelent value for money (definitely the best one in our trip). Good communication (mostly with a managing company, though). Very good location. Very well-equiped apartment. Cons: check-in was a bit tricky due to automatized processes. Unlocking doors with our phone did not always work smoothly, so we were glad regular keys were also available (despite the phyiscal transponder not working on the apartment door). The area is very loud in the night due to proximity to several bars, but it gets quiet after around midnight.

Attentive hostess. Very good apartment, well located, in front of the river, spacious rooms, with everything working properly, garage almost next door, first aid kit and snack kit (milk, coffee, cookies, etc.), which helped us a lot when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon.

Rosa and Jose are very warm hosts. The apartment was great. The furnishings are with great attention to detail, including a really nice shower. The whole ambience was very homely and well maintained. I felt very comfortable with Rosa and Jose. Thank you both!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Oscar was very attentive and kind, the arrival at the accommodation was easy with a video that explained everything perfectly! Recommended, very comfortable and well-kept apartment, very comfortable beds and everything well cleaned!
