Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Le hôte Juan et sa femme furent très attentifs concernant notre bonne arrivée. Nous étions chaleureusement acceuli par Juan et son fils. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et bien organisé. De plus il y a une jolie terrasse et une très belle vue qui donne sur la rivière et une partie de la mer. A partir de là il y a plein des choses à découvrir et des sorties à faire. N'hésitez pas.

Venimos de estar una semana y estamos encantados con el apartamento, la limpieza, los artículos que ponen a tu disposión, la ubicación, lo nuevo que está el apartamento, muy cómodas las camas. Sonia, la persona que nos recibió fue super agradable y atenta. Cuesta un poco aparcar en la zona, pero siempre hemos podido aparcar cerca. Lo recomendamos 100%. Si volvemos a Villaviciosa sin duda repetiremos con vosotros. Muchas gracias por todo

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

Un lugar muy bonitos para pasar tiempo de desconexión. El anfitrión ha sido muy atento a la hora de proporcionar sugerencias de comida y actividades. Nos estaba esperando una botella de vino y estaba todo muy bien equipado. La terraza muy apetecible si hace sol. La cama cómoda y el espacio muy acogedor.

We had a great stay at Oliver and Anas place. Very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for walking into Gijon and the undercover garage was a huge advantage. Ha sido una experiencia que nos ha encantado, el alojamiento era precioso, muy limpio, decorado con mucho cariño y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Por otro lado, las recomendaciones que nos dio Isabel para explorar las zonas fueron perfectas, nos ha parecido un entorno muy bonito para explorar, con playas paradisiacas y monumentos naturales muy bien conservados. En definitiva, todo un acierto, el lugar, la localización, el trato. Un lugar para volver y pasar más tiempo. Gracias!!

This apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, pristine. Sad we couldn't stay longer! Joaki left us lots of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and sweets to welcome us.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

très beau séjour à Ribadessella. Le logement est très bien situé la vue est remarquable. la ville est très agréable et bien desservie par le réseau routier permet de visiter les alentours entre bords de mer et montagne, la région est très belle. nous avons adoré ce séjour

Todo perfecto. Selina nos envio unos días antes ubicación, sitios de interés, locales para comer....un montón de informacion. El apartamento estaba limpísimo y tenía de todo. Selina encantadora. Un placer esta reserva.

Súper recomendable si vas con niños incluso pequeños. Mi hija con 1 y medio a podido estar libremente corriendo porque hay mucho espacio abierto (incluso juguetes) y le ves desde la cocina. La casa tenía de todo y súper limpio, y súper bien ubicada con 20 min en coche a cualquier lado. Gracias Adriana por todo

Muy buena estancia y un espacio precioso

El piso está muy bien ubicado. Tiene una decoración muy chula con muchos detalles por toda la casa de peces y fotos del mar y de la zona de Ribadesella muy bonitas hechas por Javier. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades para sentirte como en tu casa, hemos estado muy a gusto. Javier ha sido muy amable y rápido en responder dándonos las explicaciones pertinentes en casa momento, además tiene un block donde está todo a lo que se refiere el piso muy bien detallado en cuanto a luces mandos, etc. Si volvemos a Ribadesella contaremos con ellos, Gracias a Javier y Marta

Super recomendado, desde el primer al último día Carlos siempre ha estado pendiente y respondido rápido a mis necesidades, la casa es súper moderna y está súper bien distribuida, y tiene unas vistas a la ría y al monte increíbles!! Tienes TODO a menos de 5 minutos, supermercado, quiosco, bares y el centro!!! Incluso la estación de bus y Renfe está a 2 minutos. Repetiré 100% con este encantador apartamento y amables propietarios ✨

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.
