Any additional guests (to a max of 4 guests) would be at an additional charge, by advanced agreement. We are a dog friendly property, (max 2, dep on size) are welcome with advance notice only. Blaeberry River Escape

Escape the crowds.. Escape the noise.. Come and enjoy our 100 plus acres of breathtaking beauty and solitude. In the spring, summer, and fall you may hike, bike, canoe, and kayak. In winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, and toboggan. All without leaving the property. Once “home” soak in the hot tub, have a fire in the fire pit ( fire laws depending), and watch your children and dogs play. All while in the fenced backyard.

The Blaeberry Cabin is 20 minutes from Golden BC in the rural and peaceful Blaeberry Valley where time stands still, with interesting characters and wildlife abound. We have an authentic Swiss Chalet and a Guest Cabin on 11 acres. You are surrounded by mountains, with a view of the Rockies in the back and of the Purcells in the front (including a view of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort), with the Blaeberry River across the street.

We are on the same street as Northern Lights Wildlife Centre (Wolves) and around the corner from The Buffalo Ranch. The Blaeberry offers many hikes and Thompson Falls is only 14 kms away. Spirit Bear Cabin, with Loft and Hot Tub !!

The Spirit Bear cabin Is a 600 sqft Dovetail Log Cabin, with kitchenette, there is also a custom BBQ/Smoker Onsite for guest, Large loft upstairs with 2 queen beds, Located on our private treed lot with pull through parking for trucks and trailers. Propane heated and pet friendly with a fee of $30 per pet. There is also a Private Hot Tub !!
