Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Our Second Slice of Paradise Near the Springs! This was our second fantastic stay at this beautiful home near the springs, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, we were once again captivated by the stunning surroundings. The property itself is a true gem, perfectly blending comfort with the natural beauty of the area. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, making our stay effortless and relaxing. The house is immaculately maintained and truly feels like a home away from home. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the owner. They are simply wonderful – incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring guests have a perfect experience. Having visited twice now, we can confidently say this is our go-to spot when we're in the area. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house is in a great location with lots of things to do in the area including parks and good restaurants. Chris keeps his place very clean and everything about the house was as described in the listing. We had our own boats and it was so easy to get down to the river and paddle on the Suwannee without having to drive to a canoe launch. I hope to come back again.

This was our second stay ! We loved it so much the first time and had to come back for more. Our kids love the vibe of the house and the hosts are so so so accommodating and sweet. Thank you again for having us ! Until next year :)

We felt at home this past weekend with the ease of check-in and all of the amenities needed in the house! We loved the board games & having a TV in the living room and bedroom was great :)

Colleen was very attentive and accommodating! Also very kind and considerate, especially being she has other demanding responsibilities! I got to meet her puppy Brutis and he is very well trained and she was so helpful at alternating potty breaks and letting my special needs dog plenty of outside time alone 🥰

Fantastic stay! Beautiful property, very quiet and peaceful, felt like we were living in the treetops…and that dock was worth the price all on its own! Loved sitting there for hours watching the river flow by!

My husband and I visited the springs and Michael’s apartment was perfect size for just the 2 of us! We got that super late at night and had struggled with finding the correct door entry but other than that it was perfect! Michael was very responsive!

Absolutely wonderful hosts and an incredibly charming cottage. You feel right at home the second you arrive. Sharon gives you your space if you’d rather simply enjoy the solitude and peace you’ll find at the cottage but is also extremely responsive and so friendly to be around. Sharon and CH are standout hosts. They’re more like friends to me now, and we still keep in touch. They were kind enough to extend my stay at a moment’s notice, and Sharon even would let my dogs out during the day while I was at work. In short…the cottage is absolutely perfect, and the hosts are one of a kind. They will go the extra mile for you. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at Sharon and CH’s cottage.

Prefect home base for kayaking and snorkeling. Easy walk to downtown with great coffee shop, restaurants and a craft brewery. Brianna's place is spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, plus thoughtful details.

If you don't mind staying in a RV this place is a good value. Good location in Lake City just out of town. It is near Alligator Lake Park which is a must for walking, wildlife and seeing the lake....free. The RV is about 30 minutes from Ichetucknee Springs (highlight of the area) and the Santa Fe River (Anderson Outdoor Adventures) if you are interested in kayaking. Great, friendly hosts and good restaurants in the area.

I spent a day at this tiny house near Ginnie Springs and it was absolutely wonderful. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—just minutes from the springs—and surrounded by peaceful nature. It was the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

Overall we had a good stay! The location was extremely close to ichetucknee which was great for us. The place was nice and the host was very helpful and communicative. It was very peaceful and the hot tub was a nice touch. Overall my group of 9 had a great time and we hope to come back sometime soon.

If you are looking for a nice Florida Vaca without the hustle of all the busy towns this home and city are the PERFECT spot. very peaceful and beautiful. plenty of room for everyone, everything you need to cook and make meals or just to order in, lots of games to play, and the backyard was absolutely amazing and so serene. needless to say we didn't want to leave. 100/10 recommend!! The host mary was very responsive and one of the best host we have communicated with.

As an Airbnb host myself I found that club manatee was above and beyond the expectations. We found it Homie and very inviting, spectacular views from the wraparound porch, and the river didn’t disappoint. Kayaks and canoes got us up and down the stream. All kinds of critters in the evening, which delighted my granddaughter. The river was perfect for swimming, the water, birds and plenty of fish jumping. Our family fell in love with all the amenities, the kitchen fully stocked with whatever cooking we could possibly need and for me a chef it was totally perfect. A 75th birthday celebration that won’t be forgotten. We appreciate the beauty of your home and the comfort it felt like home but somewhere else. Our family is already planning our next trip. House was great, enough room for everyone. It was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be more towels and washcloths. Would definitely come back again.
