Holiday rentals with a patio in Colquitt County

The house is well appointed and very nicely decorated. It is charming, comfortable and very spacious. I highly recommend this rental. It is near the historic district-

Great location! Perfect for a quick weekend stay. The space was perfectly clean and much roomier than anticipated.

This was our second stay at the Lofts, we had a different apartment this time which suited us perfectly. Regina gave us great dining recommendations and we were not disappointed. We have family in the area and the Lofts work out just right for us. Definitely will be back! Wonderful hosts!

Lando’s response time was amazing! I booked with Lando very last minute and he was able to make this process as easy as possible. I traveled with a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) and this property had plenty of space for all of us. I look forward to booking here again.

Although at first glance, I was skeptical of the neighborhood, it was quiet with no issues while in town. It was close to VSU, restaurants, and the interstate

Property was super nice and located in a peaceful, beautiful area. Very convenient to area we were going and worth the $ as opposed to a hotel. House was clean and very comfortable. Would 100% stay again! Thank you for fantastic accommodations!!

Tammy has Great Southern Hospitality! She upgraded me to a different Room that was more expensive, but she did with no charge. She was in constant contact with me to make sure I was Eating good and my stay was as comfortable as it could be! Thanks again Ms.Tammy! I would recommend to anyone!

This is the perfect place to stay for a family. We had plenty of space for everyone and we could walk to downtown with cute shops and nice restaurants.

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my stay in Britt’s house. It’s an old farm house, but very well taken care of. The house is tucked in behind’s some other houses, and a little tricky to find ( but not with a helpful host like Britt!). Once you’re there though, you are in a safe little neighborhood surrounded by good honest people. There were nearby towns that we visited to get groceries, and did see many places that would be fun to visit. I love visiting the South and Britt and her Husband are no exception to the rule of Southern Hospitality!!! If you love a country setting, peace and quiet, while also being close to everything you’ll need, then this is the place for you!!!

This place was so different and welcoming! The decor is cowboy like but very tastefully done and not overdone. I loved the way Blanche and Vicki set everything up with some funny notes and some cow wisdom! Namely: "Do no harm...but take no bull" over a painting with a bull's head. All the art was so nice even though it was just cows and horses. I am not a farm person and yet I felt right at home! Very inviting. The dishes had a painted hills style from Yellowstone which I have actually witnessed and it looked very classy in a modern way ;) if you catch my drift! Overall very nice stay.

Eric and Lauri were excellent hosts! We had booked a different property for our daughter’s graduation from FSU, but at the last minute, the host cancelled on us. Thankfully, Eric and Lauri’s home was available. Our family felt right at home. It was almost as if we were staying at a relative’s house. Eric stopped by to meet us and responded very quickly each time we had a question. The pool is really pretty, and while I didn’t swim in the pool a few of our family members did. The house and surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The property is dog friendly and the family has the sweetest dog named Tuck who might stop by to say hello. Seriously, he’s so adorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep them in mind if we are ever in need of accommodations in the area in the future.

This place was amazing! The beds and pillows are the best! Stephanie was very sweet and responded promptly! I would deff stay there again!

My first stay at Ryan place was outstanding, the townhouse was absolutely spotless and inviting from the moment you step inside. It was a true home away from home. I will definitely stay again at this property, Thank you Ryan for everything.

I was in town for work and I’m so glad I found Ryan’s place!! My stay was about 2 months and it was great! Ryan was very friendly, quick to respond, and the home was beautiful! It looked even more homey than the pictures. I honestly loved this place and am going to miss it. If I’m ever in town again I’ll be sure to try and stay here.
