Holiday home rentals in Colorado River

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in early December. It was our first trip to Sedona and we didn’t know what to expect, this airbnb blew us away with the beautiful views from the living room/kitchen and back patio. The space was clean and well appointed and so lovely and quiet in the evening. We loved star gazing from the hot tub! Susan was communicative and provided some local recommendations. The check in process was very easy and the home had everything we needed. It’s located close to everything in Sedona, great hiking, shops and restaurants. We could not have asked for better and hope to return again soon!

If you need a quiet place in or near the Starr Ranch area of Tucson, this is a great choice. We stayed here to be near the JW Marriott Resort, and I was very happy with the setting, the accommodations, and the check-in/check-out process. The property is about a mile downhill from the resort hotel - walkable for able-bodied. Resort access is easy and the on-property restaurant is superb. The Casita itself is cozy and comfortable, easy to find and easy to base out of for Tucson access - 15 minutes from downtown and less than three miles from groceries. We will definitely check back, next time we have a need.

Stacey was a wonderful host and so friendly! Her place was clean, spacious, inviting, and properly aired/cooler. But Stacey is the real gem and made us feel so welcomed and right at home. Can't recommend her place enough if you're ever in the area!

Beautiful home and a great place to unwind and relax for the long weekend. Wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the boat and plan on visiting again.

Laura was amazing from booking to the end of the stay. I needed a place for a work crew to stay and she was so accommodating. Communicated all the way and had no issues. Being my first experience with Airbnb it won’t be my last!!!

This was an excellent stay for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the amenities and the clubhouse especially the swimming and mini golf. It was a great stay for a weekend.

This place is such a hidden gem! The place was nicely renovated and was extremely clean. The home is cozy, well decorated, roomy and the AC works great, which is important for the summer heat. Shannon is also a great host who was very responsive and helpful. I noticed there were a lot of Airbnbs in Havasu, but they were expensive and had intense rules. This place is quite a deal for the size of the house and all of the house rules were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return!

We absolutely loved the house. It is in an ideal location right in the heart of downtown cottonwood. The home is well done, clean and fully equipped. Special thank you to Brandon who accommodated our early checkin and has a bottle of sparkling rose waiting for us on arrival for our wedding weekend. Everything was great and we’d love to stay again in the future!

Joe’s home was lovely. He had great communication and proactively let us know when the home was ready, so we could arrive sooner - we didn’t ask for early check in, so that was a nice touch. The home was well stocked and left nothing to be desired. It was clean, comfortable (the beds especially!) and it is so nice that each room has their own bathroom. The pool was sparkling clean, the jacuzzi is comfortable and the living space was great to unwind after a day on the water. His home is about 7 minutes from the launch ramp, so extremely convenient if you’re planning on going on the water. If not, you can enjoy the lake views from the patio. Overall, this house is a gem and we’d be happy to stay here again!

The listing photos kind of make it seem smaller than it is, but this was pleasantly spacious. We loved our stay and being on the water was key. We were able to dock the boat without any issues. We also met the neighbor next door who gave us lots of local tips. If you’re planning to go out at night, contact Dan the shuttle driver. He was great.

My family and I were very comfortable during our trip. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. The house was very clean and comfy.

The place was very clean and neat. It would have been nice to have a sign that points to the side of the patio. We accidentally entered the main house. The neighborhood seems very old and there are lots of debris and cars just laying around the neighborhood. We originally planned to have my dad babysit our kids there, but ended up going in town to stay there for the night and come back to sleep. The Airbnb itself was very nice and clean.

We enjoyed the location south of Sedona and to access the various Indian sites. Easy to navigate the neighborhood. The house was beautifully appointed, clean, peaceful, comfortable and great place to relax. We did not cook any meals while here but otherwise had what we needed comfortably for two people for the long weekend, might have been a little tight for 4 adults but manageable if you like each other!

Maria’s home was truly an oasis. It had absolutely everything we needed and honestly didn’t even need to leave the home. Plenty of space within each room. Living room had enough seating for our whole group of 8 to watch movies and play board games. Kitchen had all the essentials and more! We BBQd and cooked plenty, and it was so convenient to have Costco and Walmart so close by for groceries! We spent most of the time outside with the hot tub, pool, golf, ping pong table, and so much more. The heat barely bothered us since we had the pool, but it was such a nice added bonus that the backyard has amazing shade from the trees and the gazebo had misters all long the sides. Plus it was very central to different areas. We were able to go to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and even the Salt River to go tubing. And best of all, Maria was great at communicating. Always prompt, very friendly, and super accommodating! Would absolutely stay again

MorningStar’s home was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, every detail was clearly considered with care. The location was also ideal, convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My senior parents first time experiencing an Airbnb and they were so impressed. Dave and Lauralee's space was perfect for our visit to AZ , close to family and a perfect home away from home. Such nice area, pharmacy less than 5 minutes away. Walmart about 10 minutes. We went to the botanical gardens only 17 minutes away with a lovely area for families. Overall the trip was great and staying here made it even better.

Cathy’s place was great for our weekend get away. Plenty of space to park our boat and the location was great as well.

This Airbnb is perfect. Excellent price, location and attention to detail. Centrally located. Just a short walk to the border with many shops, restaurants, dentists and pharmacies along the way. Maria was an excellent host and very helpful directing and even taking us to where we needed to go. Thank you Maria. This home offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a big family. Fantastic backyard with lots of seating and a barbecue grill, fans in every bedroom and the air conditioning kept the house cool. The owner was always very quick to communicate with questions we had and overall made our stay very easy and comfortable.

Unfortunately I had to come into town under bad circumstances. That being said it was nice to have a large home to come back to and relax when i could. The home is just as featured. Its very large and clean. It certainly could use some updating but it was very functional. Everything worked. Especially the A/C! OMG the A/C was amazing and that's important for AZ. The beds were my favorite. They were so comfy! My sister and I slept so good. The pool was awesome! The neighbors let there yappy dog bark two out of the four nights there so that was disappointing. Also, the trash was set out by parking and over flowing. It stunk and we had to wait till trash day to get rid of it. There was also a fan and a lock that needed fixing. I messaged Misty and she responded right away and set up repair men to come out immediately. She was quick and responsive and very nice. Overall, I would stay there again! Other than the dogs the neighborhood was quiet and home was super comfy. Very pleased!
