Family-friendly holiday rentals in Colorado River

The great pictures do not do this wonderful slice of paradise justice. Monty's place is absolutely cute, quaint and cozy. We loved the decore both inside and outside. All gave off vibes of relaxation and a homey feel. Christian was always available if needed. He offered great recommendations for food and drinks. Being such a kind and friendly person, Christian is the perfect man for the job. The place is incredibly private despite being 1 block from Uptown shops and restaurants. After hiking during the day, we found the hot tub relaxing and rejuvenating. We would most definitely stay here again. It was exactly what we were looking for and love. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful piece of paradise!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Tim’s. It felt like home and was so relaxing. Definitely try some of Tim’s recommendations on things to do. We will be back!

Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

This place is absolute PARADISE. We've already re-booked for next year. The pool/ hot tub area was like a dream with all the beautiful roses and birds chirping. The house was great too, but we spent most of our time outside! The resident cat, "Kitty", was the sweetest. The groundskeeper, Mark, takes such amazing care of the whole place and gave us some great hiking recommendations! We can't wait to come back!!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were informative and friendly. They gave us recommendations for the area and let us meet their sheep and lambs. We also got to feed the chickens which was very entertaining. The views are amazing and sitting in the hot tub looking at the night sky was the cherry on top. We stayed in the king room which was the perfect size for my husband and I, a dog bed and a pack n play for our son. The house was clean and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances for cooking and making coffee. They also offer snacks and booze for purchase. There is a trail right out on the prairie to watch sunsets in the evening and a short drive to a hiking trail on a small lake to bird watch and relax in shade of the pines. We also loved the deck seating areas to enjoy the views. We are looking forward to staying in the winter to see some snow!

Skye's bunkhouse is phenomenal in every way. Perfect spot for medium sized families of up to 6, or 3 couples. The views are spectacular from the large west-side oriented backyard, making it very conducive for sunset viewing. Hot tub was great to relax in after a day hiking and exploring. Super quiet neighborhood. The interior was awesome, and had perfect cooling amenities to combat the Arizona heat. Location was perfect and everything was a short drive away. Any doubts about the higher price point were removed once we got there. It was worth every penny! It was a pleasure, and we hope to make it back some day!

Stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and had a wonderful view. The location was so close to everything and the amenities were fabulous! Would love to stay here again!

Brian’s place is a great location. The bed is very comfortable. The little fenced yard is great when you have a dog. It was our second stay here and will be back next year.

Edward was a terrific host. His place is exceptional, pristine, beautiful view of the mountains and awesome location. It is private yet walkable to almost everything or a short lyft/uber ride. The staff is beyond courteous, kind and helpful. I felt like I was at home and did not want to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Edward's place at the Palm Place. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

Looked great on the web - but even so much better! Location is FABULOUS - both easy to drive everywhere as well as walking distance to great restaurants. It is SO private and SO beautiful (she has created such a magical space) plus the layout and quality of the cottage is superb. Throw in the private pool, insane Koi pond, and Rosie the turtle? What else could you ask for? We were there for our daughter's graduation from UofA and wish I had known about it four years earlier. I've loved staying at The Graduate during visits, but Kristi's is WELL WORTH getting the rental car for! Just so nice to have such lovely outdoor space not available at a hotel. Thx so much for an outstanding stay!

Becky's place was very comfortable. We picked this place because it was pet friendly. Because it was pet friendly we thought it might not be as clean but it was very clean! The beds are comfortable too! We did not see any evidence of any other pets that have stayed there. If I had to pick one thing to work on I would say new towels and linens as they are a little aged. Also we did not see any dishtowels or cleaning rags so we had to use paper towels to wipe down and our own boat rags we had brought. So make sure you bring extra paper towels. We would stay here again as it was very comfortable for our kids and pets. Becky even gave us the options of checking in early and checking out late which was a bonus!

The house was in perfect condition and spotless . Great location near to shopping and restaurants . We utilized all the amenities and enjoyed sitting by the pool watching golfers and the sunset .

Pretty neat house with the pool. The price point was really good for the place. We would really like to come back next time we are in phx/Gilbert area!

Ellen and Todd's place was great. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The house was spectacular. From the cozy living room to the well stocked kitchen to the wonderful king size master bedroom. We loved the front porch in the morning to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. If we're ever in Sedona again, we will definitely be staying at Ellen and Todd's place.

We vacationed with our family 5(grown children). We had plenty of space and enjoyed a nice outdoor space.
