This is a nice apartment next to, or part of a hotel. It has an excellent view and is within walking distance or short taxi to the old town. Would love to stay here more.

The apartment is nice and is located in a quiet area 20 minutes walk from downtown, near a 24-hour market in case you need to buy something and near nice and quiet beaches to walk or relax for a while on the river, which if you are staying in the center you will probably miss visiting. Claudia was an excellent host. Since we traveled without a car, she picked us up at the river terminal to take us to the apartment and gave us a guide with suggestions for local restaurants and points of interest. In addition, he was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags until the ship's departure time so that we could take advantage of the day to walk around without being loaded. Everything was excellent. If we were to travel to Cologne again, we would stay in the apartment without hesitation.

very nice apartment, beautiful view. The building has a spa, heated pool and gym that we could all use. Very nice. Too bad they allow children to enter the jacuzzi and heated pool, not making the place relax as it should. But that should already set the rules for the building or become aware of the adults and being responsible parents.

Excellent stay. The area is beautiful very close to parks, rambla and playa. And of the Plaza de Toros which is very nice too. The house is very comfortable and Judith was super attentive, always paying attention to every detail. Highly recommended, we would definitely be back.

It was excellent! Very good location, service, owner, and her assistant very friendly. I leave us a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. La Ducha de la casita is very good. It has a microwave, kitchen, electric pava. Only the tv is small. 20 inches I think. And you can only use YouTube and Netflix if you have your account. The truth, we really liked it, and Colonia de Sacramento loved it!

It was a beautiful experience to spend 10 days at the Blaki house The place is wonderful, the house is spotless, and Guido's attention was very friendly and proactive. Great for recharging and enjoying nature in a paradisiacal resort. I highly recommend it!
