The Sandra apartment is very spacious and super equipped. The view of the river makes the sunrises and sunsets something special. Fresh with good ventilation. While it's not in a tourist area, you can walk to the main one right away. Recommended for staying for several days!

All flawless, excellent location, in front of the rambla and close to the historic neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook. I would pick it again.

Andrea was friendly and helpful at all times. Flexible in terms of schedules and that is highly valued. The location is excellent and the neighbors are good. The house was like in the photos and everything was very good. An electric fee could be considered from a certain ceiling, as it generates a friction during the stay to think of that extra cost as everything works based on electricity, air, heating, calefon, kitchen, etc. We had a great time and would go back :)

Excellent location, you can walk everywhere, bus stops nearby (Lucia explained to us which line to take to get to the bullring), near the terminal, rambla, downtown and historic district. The neighborhood seems super quiet and safe, we walked a lot at night and had no problems. The apartment is super comfortable and functional. Highly recommended! Everything is as described, the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can get everywhere by car in a few minutes! The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and in order, the only detail was a wall with some humidity, keep it in mind if you are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

We stayed at this complex during our visit to Colonia del Sacramento and the experience was excellent. While it is about a 30 minute walk from downtown, the surroundings are very quiet and the complex itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Also, the hostess was super responsive - she allowed us to check in early and late check out, and always responded quickly and clearly. Definitely a place to stay again.

An excellent depto with all amenities. It's exactly what you see in the photos. Everything works perfectly and is impeccable, and Federico was always attentive to any subject. The only negative: The Wifi was not working properly, but at all times there was transparency and I stated that it was going to be resolved as soon as possible, it is not something that changed the stay or the experience. The area is far from the center, but ideal for resting with a view of the promenade. I highly recommend.

Spacious single environment, comfortable, beautiful view. Super enjoyable pools and jacuzzi. The place has a restaurant, gym,sauna, bike rental, which although we do not use them, add up for an excellent stay. Would love to come back.

The apartment is spotless, it is one bedroom but with a social area and super spacious terrace. Opposite the rambla and the beach, with the sunset falling into the water. The building is super complete as well and modern.

I agree with the positive comments about this accommodation. Dreamy sunsets on the balcony, super cute. Everything working properly, good cleaning and friendly service from the hosts. There are very enjoyable amenities and the restaurant on the ground floor has tasty options. The car is very convenient for getting around. In 5 minutes you are in the center with everything you may need. Being on the Rambla, you have the positive view, just across the street you have the beach and a divine walk, the negative can be the noise of the motorcycles, for me, haha. This accommodation is great. We'll be back!! 😊

The stay was nice. Everything in order. The location is very good, with a balcony facing the sea. The only detail to improve is the hygiene of pillowcases.

Aldana's apartment is very comfortable and nice. The place is extremely nice and is enjoyed very well. I went with my pets and we were able to walk along the boulevard and have fun at the beach. Aldana always available for inquiries. Everything was great

great hotel/apartment combo complex with pool, restaurant, friendly staff, and a great apartment with an awesome balcony and view. perfect distance from Old Town to get a good walk in and enjoy the day, then rest and relax by the pool or at a beach across the street after.

Excellent! The apartment is like new, it has good equipment and everything works perfectly, kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. The location is excellent with a really beautiful view of the river and very close to the historic center, even for those who enjoy walking you can walk, it's less than 3kms. Regarding the building's services, everything was perfect. We used the indoor pool, the gym and the restaurant, and everything was perfect. Note that the food at the restaurant is average, but it's fine to get by. As for the hosts, Claudia's, they are sensational, extremely kind and attentive, even in our case they were very flexible with the schedules which made our stay even more comfortable. 100% Recommended.
