There is nothing wrong to say about this property.. the truth is a gem in a beautiful place … comfortable and with all the comforts to spend as a family .. the only bad thing is that there was time to continue enjoying.. for sure we will return :)

Very good accommodation, quiet place and safe area, highly recommended

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Convenient location and good host

Good place to stay, there were locations nearby for sightseeing, the area was quiet and we had no problems. The host Carolina, very kind, gave us precise instructions and even allowed us to enter the apartment earlier. Thank you very much.

Beautiful apartment super close to the central square. The house is old and beautiful. The view is gorgeous. Shared kitchen is available to cook. Breakfast included. Tatiana was very kind and easygoing. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you 🙏

I would really recommend this place. It is a very suitable place for someone who wants to rest peacefully in a quiet and rural environment. 1. The host welcomed us with quick communication and kindness. Before check-in, I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. 2. The accommodation was really clean, and it was comfortable to have all the kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, etc. 3. The house is located in the highlands where you can see Kumbaya at a glance. It's not far from the city center, and I don't think it's a difficult location to access if you have a car. It is a great place to enjoy the pretty garden and peaceful atmosphere. (Pretty cats and birdsong) 4. The breakfast I ordered in advance exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to people staying. Once again, I would like to thank the hosts for their attention, and I hope I can stay there again if I get the chance.

Everything was excellent, very friendly and the cleaning lady was super attentive.

We enjoyed our stay for a few nights in Quito. The owner was very helpful picking us up from the airport and stoping at the local store to grab some things. We enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Good place for the family, quiet, we arrived late and everything was quiet, always attentive, Don Correa spectacular, Jeferson very good welcome, a place to rest, 20 minutes from downtown, I recommend it, it was super, thank you, we will come back again, I thought we would not do well, but we did super well, thank you again, blessings.
