Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Die Wohnung, ca 25 Quadratmeter und ein eigenstaendiges Gebaeude, liegt einen Steinwurf vom Rheinufer entfernt im Naherholungsgebiet der "Groov". Die Linie 7 der Straßenbahn ist fusslaeufig gelegen, genauso wie 3 Supermaerkte und weitere Einrichtungen des taeglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnkueche ist mit Markengeraeten ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen Tisch zum arbeiten oder essen sowie eine Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppel- Etagenbett.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
