Apartment holiday rentals in Colli al Metauro

Alloggio in zona pedonale, comunque grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Elisa, abbiamo scaricato i bagagli proprio dietro casa e la fortuna vuole che c'era un parcheggio libero dove ho lasciato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno ma altrimenti c'è un grande parcheggio poco lontano. L'appartamento si trova praticamente in spiaggia, giusto l'attraversamento della strada e di è subito dal bagnino (bagni Mario) anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Quindi per me esperienza più che positiva. Grazie Elisa!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

Abbiamo appena trascorso le vacanze in questo appartamento curato nel dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfettamente pulito, in ordine e molto profumato. Rosaria si é dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile anche nell'organizzare insieme a noi gli spazi, avendo delle necessità per il nostro bimbo di 5 anni. Comodo il parcheggio facilmente disponibile in strada di fronte all'appartamento, noi ci siamo spostati in macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia ma volendo ci sono spiagge attrezzate raggiungibili a piedi in massimo 5 min. Assolutamente da consigliare ed esperienza da ripetere!!

Tutto perfetto

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rosaria et Salvatore, ce sont des hôtes fantastiques. Très réactifs et fondamentalement gentils. Nous avons eu le plaisir de gouter aux pizzas de Salvatore, qui tient la pizzeria juste en dessous de l'appartement. L'appartement est spacieux, meublé avec gout et très proche de la vieille ville à pieds. Merci à tout les deux.

L'appartamento di Fabiola è molto carino, pulito, con ben due bagni di cui uno in camera. Il quartiere è estremamente tranquillo e comodo da raggiungere. Ottima anche la comunicazione con la proprietaria e la sua disponibilità. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely stay for a few nights. The apartment had everything we needed, location was good for the train and beach. Appreciated the outdoor space to eat our meals and letting our toddler play outside.

Das AirBnB von Benedetta war einfach rundum perfekt! Top ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war die traumhafte Balkon-Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer, keine 30 Meter entfernt – dort konnte man stundenlang verweilen und einfach genießen. Auch der Kontakt zu Benedetta war großartig: super herzlich, proaktiv und sie hatte für jedes Anliegen (z. B. Restauranttipps) die besten Empfehlungen parat. Grazie di cuore – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😍

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

Ein neues, sehr komfortables, modernes und sauberes Haus, in dem eine Familie mit zwei oder sogar drei Kindern bequem übernachten kann. Die Gegend ist außerdem sauber, ruhig und mit dem Auto 10 km vom Strand entfernt. Ich muss besonders Denise erwähnen, sie war sehr nett, sanft und hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe. (Es tut uns leid, wenn wir Sie ein wenig müde gemacht haben. Meine Töchter haben Sie sehr genossen, wir natürlich auch.) Ich empfehle La Dolca Vita Di Bardeggi, wo Sie in fußläufiger Entfernung frühstücken können.

Diego was proactive and very helpful and responsive. He was a fantastic host and checked in several times. He really cares and wants you to have the best stay possible! The apartment was in great condition and looked like the pictures. You could see that the apartment was refurbished recently and felt very modern and clean. The open plan kitchen living room was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra blankets available as well as plenty of towels. He also had a full box of coffee pods and bottles of water so we could have our breakfast coffee without any issues - that stood out to me. Something I didn't know but that was convenient too is that it's right next to a little shop (like a mini supermarket). All in all, the place was great! We will very likely book this again!

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Sono stati due giorni fantastici, I colori dell’infinito sono una realtà a conduzione familiare veramente piacevole; l’alloggio e i servizi offerti rispecchiano la descrizione e il prezzo pagato. La piscina fantastica e non solo, ci sono altri numerosi spazi aperti da poter sfruttare. Da apprezzare anche la disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto calorosamente e ci hanno offerto anche un mini aperitivo. Ci ritornei volentieri!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Location perfetta, ottima per essere vicinissimi al mare ma alti come piano per non sentire il caino della strada. Ci tonerò sicuramente.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Fabrizio foi muito rápido na comunicação e gentil, deu ótimas recomendações de restaurantes. O apartamento estava muito limpo e é muito bem localizado

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!
