Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

The hosts are 10!! The accommodation is comfortable, the location in the middle of theatres, ideal for a weekend of works!!

I really liked the apartment! They were always available and the location is very perfect. It's next to Don Júlio and Ciro Café. Super safe too. I had already stayed in other apartments in Buenos Aires and was always disappointed with the cleanliness! But the carola's apartment was really clean

I stayed a little more than 3 months in the apartment, and the truth is that I thought it was excellent. Tidy, updated furniture, the area is beautiful, with many things to do, any problem I had was answered and solved in minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Valeria again.

The apartment is very well located, in a lovely area with lots of cafés and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. Natalia is a great host, always attentive, kind, and flexible when it came to checkout.

It is safe, everything is accessible from restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The place has a VERY beautiful and spacious balcony with an amazing view so you will love your stay. Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

Cozy place and exactly as the photos. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking to be close to good restaurants, bars and subway to get to know the city of Buenos Aires. The access and exit was very smooth, the apartment is great and would be the first place I would think of booking when I return to Buenos Aires
