Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bett sehr bequem und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgerüstet und hat alles und noch mehr was ich brauchte. Leider funktioniert TV nur mit Internet Services und es sind keine TV Kanäle verfügbar. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und Bars. Jederzeit wieder.

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

Eu gostei mto do apartamento! Eles estavam sempre a disposição e a localização é muito perfeita. Ta do lado do Don Júlio e Ciro Café. Super seguro também. Eu já tinha me hospedado em outros aptos em Buenos Aires e sempre me decepcionava c a limpeza! Mas o apto da carola estava mesmo limpinho

Recomiendo este alojamiento! excelente ubicación, anfitriones muy amables. Estuvieron en contacto y a disposición antes y durante la estadía. Además está ubicado en un barrio hermoso y super accesible. El departamento es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y una terraza muy bonita con vista a la plaza :) Fue un placer

Me quede un poco mas de 3 meses en el depto, y la verdad que me parecio excelente. Ordenado, muebles actualizados, la zona hermosa, con muchas cosas para hacer, cualquier problema que tuve me lo respondieron y solucionaron en minutos. No dudo en volver a reservar con Valeria.

Natalia ist eine wirklich freundliche und aufgeschlossene Person, gut erreichbar für alle Fälle und gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionieren (Dachgeschoss) einwandfrei. Die dazugehörigen Münzen kann man ums Eck in einem kleinen Supermarkt kaufen. ($1700/Münze/Stand April 25). Es gibt reichlich Supermärkte und kleine Gemüsehändler in der näheren Umgebung. Kneipen technisch kann ich das Georgie’s in nächster Nähe empfehlen. Die rote Linie (U-Bahn) ist zu Fuß ca. 7min entfernt, die grüne Linie (U-Bahn) in ca. 15-20min Fußweg. Die Buslinien 39, 140 und 168 sind direkt vor und um den Block vorhanden. Ich bedanke mich bei Natalia für ihre Gastfreundschaft und all Ihre Mühe. 👌🏻☀️🌈 Buenos Aires fehlt mir jetzt schon. 😭😅

Mariana and Marina are both are amazing hosts. They are always responsive and helped us with any inquiries with respect. Location is fantastic!! It is safe, everything is accessible from restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The place has a VERY beautiful and spacious balcony with an amazing view so you will love your stay. Highly recommended.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

El alojamiento de Damián es una muy buena opción para viajes en grupos, ubicado en una zona muy linda y estratégica de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Recomendado.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires. The accommodations were excellent, and the hostess was always attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The place was clean, quiet, and safe, with a very convenient location. We truly appreciated her collaboration and are pleased to recommend you without hesitation.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!
