Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cole Bay

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Nous avons passé un très bon court séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et avec une très grande terrasse appréciable pour s'y reposer. Malgré une coupure de courant à notre arrivée la situation a très vite été gérée par GioNads (le cadeau de compensation a été très fortement apprécié). Les 2 petits bémols sont l'absence de certains produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée et la propreté de certaines parties du logement ou accessoirs (traces de moisi dans le réservoir de la machine Nespresso, toiles d'araignées au plafond et tâches visibles sur le bord du canapé une fois déplié pour servir de lit. L'ensemble de notre séjour a été cependant très agréable.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

From the very start in our dealings with the owner, this was a wonderful experience. We had to add a day on our stay due to travel issues and the response was quick, pleasant, and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze even with our delay from the airport. The concierge was very accommodating and checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure there weren't any issues. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet. My only complaint was the bed in one of the king rooms had a dip in the middle and made noise every time we moved. I did not mention this to the concierge as I didn't think it was an issue that could've been fixed while we were there, but did mention it while checking out. Certainly, did not ruin our trip and would not deter me from staying here again. One review had mentioned the lack of "starter" items in the property, but we had plenty of everything we needed. Overall, an amazing and positive experience!

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

We stayed at Gigi’s for a week and had a lovely time! They were very responsive and helpful. The hill looks a little steeper than in photos but is still doable. The space was perfect for the two of us, and it’s in a great location!

My daughter and I had an amazing time at Simona’s apartment. It is very private, quiet (apart from occasional plane takeoffs at the nearby airport but it didn’t bother us at all), clean, and had everything we needed. The location is outstanding: terrific beach at the end of the block, and bakeries, stores, and restaurants walking distance away. Simona also compiled a guide to best beaches, restaurants, and activities on the island that we made extensive use of. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Simona was on hand with an answer or a solution.

It was a pleasure staying At this Residence. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and a half was very convenient. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. The veiw was great of the harbor and the mountains. We were walking distance from so many restaurants, bars, shops. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. The host were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Erg schoon. Veilige plek achter poort. Parkeerplaats. Leuke plek om te verblijven. Prima voor alleen reizen. Let op, je moet een trap op en zwembad is 100 meter verder. Ik vind het voor herhaling vatbaar. Communicatie met host prima. Aanrader!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.

Sid’s place was small but adequate. It pretty much everything we needed for a 10 day stay. There was an elevator in the building which was very convenient. Sid was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
