Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open distribution with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

We are 5 km from the Alhambra and the center of Granada, possibility to go by car or urban bus (every 10min) from Cenes. 30 km from Sierra Nevada ski resort (Pradollano parking) direct exit. 70 km from the beach (45 min drive by highway). In addition, due to its privileged location, you can practice hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and paragliding.

Nivar is a hill village in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, which enjoys incredible views of the city of Granada and the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Nivar has a very well-regarded restaurant and two bars. There is also a pharmacy, estanco and two small supermarkets. Nivar is very quiet in the winter months, and gets a little more lively in the summer. The beach and the Sierra Nevada are less than one hour away by car and the city of Granada is about 20 minutes away.

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.
