We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. I highly recommend this beautiful house. it was an excellent stay. for the weekend. VeeAnn you are a 5 star host. thank you for a excellent weekend stay. I can say enough, on how nice it was. Great stay for my few days in Spokane. Was in a great spot to get around town.

It was beautifully located and the r accommodations were as described.

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Space was well stocked, even though we only spent one night. Free garage parking was great, and there was lots to do nearby. The view from 6th floor was also amazing. Highly recommend for anyone spending some time in Spokane.

My mom needed a place to stay for 6 weeks until her apartment was ready. This Airbnb was perfect, neat, clean, spacious, easy access and helpful hosts. I would highly recommend for anyone for a short or long term stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Weldon’s for our girls trip! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed riding the bikes downtown and the close proximity to all of our favorite spots. We will be back!

Samantha is such a wonderful host! She has everything you could possibly need for your stay and communicates at every step, often checking in to make sure you have anything you may need!

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

We came to CDA for the marathon and this Airbnb was in a perfect location to both get to the race (walked) and to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and bars around. The house itself was a very comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for our five guests and we loved being able to walk to town so easily!

Stay was great! Nice neighborhood. Merry was responsive and the place had everything we needed. A bit noisy at night since it’s the bottom floor and people live above, but very clean and well stocked, we appreciated the coffee and snacks. Easy to use laundry room.

We loved the walkable location. Quiet street, felt very safe. The home was spotless. The beds were super comfy and the blackout shades were a great feature. The kitchen was well equipped. We felt comfortable and right at home. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Robert's place was perfect. The location was great - close to a few shops and great restaurants, beautiful walking paths, 5 mins to downtown CDA. The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

This place was great for our stay, we were in the area for a few days doing a bunch of biking so it was a convenient location for Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur D'Alene. The hot tub availability was perfect for relaxing after riding as well. Room was comfortable and kitchenette was perfect for what we needed for the time we were there. Paula and Kris were great at responding with the couple of questions we had, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place for a peaceful escape in the mountains. The condo was perfect for my friend and I and we appreciated the location and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the cosy living area with a fireplace. The patio was also great, but does face the water park which gets busy closer to the weekend. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Tip: be sure to watch the YouTube video before checkin, it is super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
