This cottage was amazing! It had all of the comforts of home in a clean and inviting setting. Plus, it is right down the road from the wedding venue (The Farmhouse on Greenbluff)! We really enjoyed the privacy of the patio/hot tub area! Bonnie was very friendly and accommodating of all of our needs! We would highly recommend staying here or at any of her properties!

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Had a wonderful, peaceful visit. The location is absolutely amazing. The lake and Tubbs Hill almost right out the door. I can’t say enough about the location! The bed was SO comfortable, and I slept like a log.

We stayed w/ Ben & his family on the last night of a 10-day trip. It was a little out of the way, but it was definitely worth it. The great: communication, his family (his kids are awesome little humans, & his wife is super sweet), views, wildlife/birdsong, peaceful morning, their very loving dogs, the option to use their hot tub (it was exceptionally warm, so...didn't happen. But it could have!), décor/lodging, baby GOATS! (Okay, I really like animals.) If you're really into your fitness routine, staying here would NOT throw you off your routine. The not so great: Really, there isn't anything I can complain about. The bed *was* a bit firm for me, but I knew that was a likelihood going into it. My husband loved it. He slept in a little. I was up super early and explored their grounds. Tip: Get up early for the wildlife/birdsong. It was definitely worth it.

This was the perfect location, we were able to walk to shops restaurants , hiking trails and the lake. The home was spacious, super clean, and so well thought out. With all your needs and more! We loved the smell of the basil hand soap, so order some when we returned home. Would definitely stay again!

This was my girlfriend and I's first time using Airbnb and man did Riley set the bar high. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, cozy, quiet and they went above and beyond as hosts! They had a little construction project going on that was supposed to be sorted before we arrived, but it ended up getting delayed and they were extremely communicative of everything and made sure it wasn't a bother to us and it wasn't at all! Riley truly cares about their guest having the best possible experience. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in town. Thank you for everything!

Great place, very beautiful. The amenities in the backyard are top-notch. Short 20 minute drive to Coeur d’Alene. I would stay here again.

This little cottage was perfect! The space was small inside, but made up for it with all the outdoor space. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, the private hot tub and fire place was great, and the lake area was awesome with the dock, diving board and kayaks/ paddle board’s, etc. Jessie was very responsive and helpful. As mentioned in the listing, there is lots of stairs down to the lake area. So just be aware there is many many stairs.

Lisa is a great host. This is the second time staying at the Carriage House. It's a perfect location, walkable to downtown and great neighborhood. Had another excellent stay!

Jennifer's place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed! It was the perfect spot for our Silverwood trip. Belle's Brunch in Hayden served us up delicious breakfast at a great price with great service. Also, Powder Hound Pizza in Sandpoint has great pizza! We had the pizza delivered by doordash 👍

A wonderful garden cottage private enough from the busy weekend traffic of downtown CDA, but within walking distance of groceries and downtown or the lake. All the amenities needed, and beautiful surroundings.

A charming and peaceful unit in an ideal location—just minutes from both downtown and the beach. John was a fantastic host, making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Cute, clean, and convenient." -- my girlfriend. I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb places over the years and I've formed a very clear vision of what an Airbnb unit should be and how I would go about it if I designed one myself. Someone has clearly been stealing my thoughts! The photos are accurate... but it looks much better in person. We were unsure if we would like it based on the photos alone. She's difficult to impress, but she loved it right away. So did I. "Perfect" kept escaping our lips. Thoughtful consideration was put into everything. I'm 6'4" and the shower head was plenty high enough where I didn't even need to bend my knees. Nice! Also the bath is very clean. I opened the oven and light shone down from heaven with angels singing "hallelujah"... seriously, it is the most shockingly beautiful oven interior and we're going to buy one. The bedroom curtains did a great job keeping the light out. The bed is spacious & comfy. Well played, mind-readers... well played.

This Airbnb was one of the absolute best that we have ever stayed in. It was new, clean, quiet, and private. We even walked to downtown a few times. Nice neighborhood. We loved our stay!

This cozy countryside retreat provides you with everything you would need for your stay. The cottage is clean and and the king size bed is extremely comfortable. We really love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Stayed at this site over half a dozen times. Julie and Lowell are great communicators and excellent hosts. We look forward to our next visit.

I stayed in Breanna's "Guest House" for two weeks. It was beautiful and exactly what I needed. I didn’t need to eat out because it had a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities one could need. I plan to stay there on future trips to the area, if it's available. I also highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

We found our accommodation just what we were looking for. Charming, clean, close by great restaurants and close by a number of activities. We have already decided we would love to stay there on another trip to the area! Until next time!!!

We came on a Friday, left on a Monday, and the purpose of our trip was that 3 out of the 4 of us wanted to goto Silverwood. This turned out to be a perfect place to stay for us. Just 15 min from Silverwood, on a private road, with a couple of wild turkeys and a couple families of deer making visits. Very quiet, very peaceful. We ate out so we didn't cook there but appreciated the coffee and keurig. Everything was clean, plenty of plates and cups and towels. good communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Lisa’s Airbnb was so nice! It was clean, and cozy. Fully furnished with everything you need to cook and do laundry. It felt like it was our little home away from home! We loved it! 10/10 recommend.
