This was a wonderful place for a family to stay, with an open floor plan and lots of room. We really appreciated the space and plentiful seating outside to watch the kids play in the pool. Great place for a summer visit!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Natasha’s house. It was neat, clean, cozy, felt safe, and overall was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out as well as the host’s prompt responses to our messages.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

Great stay. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip to Kellogg.

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

Amazing place! Private backyard and cozy interior made us feel right at home. The hosts were super responsive and flexible with us. Highly recommended staying here!

Mandy's home was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the basket of toys for my daughter to play with. I highly recommend this place as it is clean and walkable to many restaurants.

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

My little family and I had the best stay! She was so prompt with communication, whenever I messaged her, and the house was beautiful and immaculate. She had the sweetest little welcome sign on the porch and a great little “goodie basket” in the kitchen, along with a bottle of wine! We felt right at home. Wow! This place was perfect for our family. After we had booked another place in CDA, and the listing person cancelled, we were worried about finding another place on such short notice. We are so glad, because Emily’s place was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was a quiet, gated area, and just a short walk to the Spokane River. We spent a lot of time walking and biking the area, especially with the Centennial trail right there. We biked to downtown several times as well. Beyond the location, the home itself was beautiful. The rooms were all cozy and the living space perfect for the 5 of us. We had everything we needed for cooking and enough toiletries to last us for the 8 nights we were there. We truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation and hope to visit again soon!

I finally picked the ultimate Airbnb location! This is it!! We walked everywhere! You name it! Franklins has great breakfast and service, 315 is a great dinner spot nearby, the lake is right down the street, and so much more. Jacob was a phenomenal host with perfectly timed messages and easy-peasy instructions. He was super responsive and friendly!
